AGreen Bee has been the fulfilment of my dreams! After some serious back problems, I have been unable to keep up my house the way I like it and was unhappy with how it was getting. It needed a serious deep clean, and then regular scheduled maintenance. Green Bee came to the rescue with a good solid deep clean - all the nooks and crannies, then we scheduled regular cleanings to keep it up. I am extremely sensitive to smells and certain blends of chemicals, so I was very leery before the first cleaning, but my fears turned out to be unfounded. They use many of the same products I did, and a few that are new to me. The oils were a bit on the heavy side the first time around, but perfect the following time, and each time thereafter. The ladies are cheerful, and it is honestly like having a visit from friends. I can't say enough good things about Green Bee.

DFirst "deep clean" in 2016 was excellent; owner on site. Then a succession of less than acceptable cleaning people. In mid-2017 there was employee problems/turnover & she dropped me from her service as she didn't have enough staff to continue with her current client list. In late 2017 she advised she was staffed again if I was interested in re-starting, she would be available the first of the year. In 2018 I had a new housekeeper who was wonderful. I had a husband recovering from a life-threatening illness & my 88 year old mother, so a great housekeeper made my life easier. Effective 7/15/19, another employee issue, so once again she dumped me as a client. I explained that we were getting ready for a 50th anniversary party in our home in 3 weeks and now I was going to be without a housekeeper?? Attitude was so sad, too bad. No effort to try to help me out at all. I was not a difficult customer complaining at every turn. So, if you are a smaller home (1650 sq ft ranch) you will be expendable. The housekeeper I had was wonderful; absolutely no complaints with her wonderful work. All of my A/B ratings are for the housekeeper; rest for the owner.

CThey did not do a deep clean. I was definitely whipped off for paying $280 I tried texting and calling Darlene numerous times to give her a chance to rectify the situation! She never got back! Don’t waste ur money! Hard to tell from picture but all they had to do was spray the chandelier not even wipe it down I had specific cleaner for it. They did nothing. Does angies list stand behind the fact I was ripped off!
