    She spent a lot of time with me asking questions, going over different plans and then we called different doctors that I was currently seeing (and happy with) to see which insurance plans they worked with.  The plan the other guy wanted me to go with didn't include any of my doctors so I would have had to pick all new providers and he never mentioned that!  He never even met with me, just asked a few questions over the phone and picked one plan to recommend.

    I have never had any problems obtaining information from them or filing claims. Their EOBs are mostly very clear. As with any insurance provider, I recommend ALWAYS to phone in advance to check coverage. The one thing I don't like about this company is that it will take a long time to get a representative on the phone. I hate automated systems, in general, and this is one of the worst.

    I was very pleased with the doctors and staff. They were professional, attentive, and competent. My stay lasted
    6 days and in that time, they took care of my every need and answered any questions and/or concerns I had.
    The only thing that I didn't like was the food service. It didn't cater to people with allergies/sensitivities to
    preservatives. When I ordered a plate of fresh-cut fruit, it tasted as if it had been dipped in some kind of
    fluid first. The fruit tasted all the same and definitely not like fruit should taste. I found it impossible to
    eat from their menu.

    It was rather frustrating. After calling and asking to speak to someone about billing information, I was put on hold for about 20 minutes. A rep came on and when I told her I was trying to find out about my and quot;newand quot; billing dates and, since there was an overlap, what the one-time amount would be. The service rep told me that she only handled groups - not individual subscribers. She transfered me and I finally ended up with the right person to get my questions answered. Over the past 10 years, I've found that the level of service you get when calling with an inquiry can go either way - you either get someone who is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable, or someone who is indifferent and just and quot;going through the motions.and quot;

    They are literally about three minutes from my house and they are fine. They did everything they needed to. The physical therapy was at a different location but it is still managed by the hospital. I go to the hospital because it is close; we don't use the emergency room much and we mainly use them because most of our doctors work out of there. They continued to re bill our insurance company for services in January 2012, that was paid and they are still re billing it; it happened again this week and we paid again.

    They are fantastic. The doctors are great and the staff is very helpful. They seem to care about you and that you happen to be there. I've had blood drawn and we had a nice conversation. They are very professional and very thorough.

    It is very easy to setup whatever test you need to have done.  They explain how to prepare for the test, how to get there, when to arrive.  This is followed up with a letter going over all the information given on the phone. When you go for your test they have a very efficient system for taking you to the testing area in a timely manner.

    My most enjoyable part of my shopping experience @ Costco is at the pharmacy counter.  The Pharm Techs are very knowledgable and make sure that you get what you order and the Pharmacist is always available to speak with.  Amazing group of professionals!  Love them all for the service they provide.

    Caroline and Her Boss Bernie were excellent in every aspect of the visit. They contacted the primary Doctor and also the Cardiologist just to insure they had the information and even got me a sooner office time for the follow up visit. As I waited for the contacted doctors reply each made sure I was fully informed. I feel they both went way above the what was expected to insure my situation was being taken care of and that the necessary next steps were in place. I felt fully informed and that I was under the care of the gold standard in professional medical personnel. And this from someone who has a hard time trusting the medical field. I figure they don't want you to die but also they don't want to fully cure you, who will make the car payment???

    I went back because the first time I went there for surgery I liked them a lot. I went there even though my doctor does not practice out of that hospital because I had such a good experience the first time. It was a horrible experience and I will probably not go back there again. There was a lot of noise at night and there was big banging. Once my IV was bleeding and the nurse had to take it out and she didn't have gloves on when she did that. When it came to pain meds, I could have pills or I could have it in my IV; I wanted it in my IV. The nurse showed me that I didn't have any of that option left and I would have to take the pills. When the doctor told me he wanted me to stay an extra night, I told him that the only way I would do that was if I could have the pain meds through my IV. He said that that was an open order so the nurse lied to me and I don't know why. I just couldn't understand why the nurse would lie to me and insist on me taking the pill instead of the IV. The bathroom was filthy and it was horrible. There was a urine catcher in the bathroom and it just sat there with urine in it. It could have been someone else's urine. They brought in a patient who had to lie on her stomach and her snoring was so loud they asked me if I wanted earplugs. That's why I wanted the pain meds at night and the IV meds worked faster. I kept asking them to keep the door shut but every time a nurse would come in, she'd leave it open. When I rang the bell, I could hear them say, and ldquo;It's her again.and rdquo; However, they did come when I rang the bell. It was just a mess. Even when I signed in they asked me questions about why something wasn't done like it was a planned surgery. I kept telling them it was an emergency and there wasn't time to do those things. It's been awhile but I still remember being really upset. Other than the room and the bathroom, the facility is nice. As for availability, I got right in. The effectiveness of treatment is really about what the doctor did. I wouldn't go back there. Maybe I would go back there if it wasn't that floor since I did have an okay experience before. It really upset me because I liked the hospital before and it is close.
