  This is a small company which I really liked. Good response time and polite employees. We got a great roof at a good price, with an awesome skylight. They also wood-planked the popcorn ceiling in our living room and it looks like something from a TV show, get tons of compliments on it!

His crew always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and interacting with them was always pleasant.   Mike did a great job. He was on time, very nice, knowledgeable and obviously very experienced and he cared about the work that he did. It took him longer than he estimated but he stood behind his original quote. Even though I offered to pay more for his additional time he would not take it. I absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

  Excellent. Robert created several separate rooms in the basement, installed a drop ceiling with recessed lighting, a bathroom with shower, a bar kitchen, a fireplace and other amenities. Robert dies most of the work himself, but he was able to complete the project in less time, and at less cost, than several other, larger firms we considered. His concern for producing a quality job, which met our needs, was evident through the entire project. He did not "nickle and dime" us by charging extra for minor changes and was always flexible and most concerned that the finished product met our needs.

  Chad came right on time and did the drywall repair very well. He also touched up a few exterior places. A bit of time remained, so he fixed a poor drywall repair made by another company a few years ago. We were very happy with the service and would use again.

  Jason (Jay Spezia) did not show up on August 25th, the day he agreed to do the work, and I have not heard from him since. I should have seen the red flags when he showed up 1 �� hour late for our first appointment to review the needed work; however, his initial follow up with providing an estimate for each of the various items that needed fixing was prompt. I responded to his initial estimate with comments and questions and he responded back with answers and suggested the date to complete the work. The day before his work day I emailed him to confirm his 9:30 estimated arrival time and did not hear back from him. On the morning he was to arrive, I sent him 2 texts asking for status on his arrival as he was 40 minutes over due. There was no response. I called him 2 hours after his estimated arrival and left a message asking for some sort of status ��� no response- Very unprofessional and a poor way to run a business. I arranged to take the day off work to be home while he performed the various jobs, as well as prepared the various areas he needed to do the work over the prior weekend. His no-show performance chewed up one of my vacation days with no positive results. If Jason had another job that took longer than expected and we needed to move our date, I can understand that. I may not have been happy, but at least I would have been in the loop and we could have arranged another time. If he had a family emergency, I can understand that as well, but to not show up and not return my texts or call is not a professional way to run a business. I am very disappointed with this experience. Looking for a good handyman recommendation!

  John Jackson Handyman Service

  I was satisifed with the work he had done, and I had called him back to do some more work and I have not heard from him since. I told him what I needed done, and he said yes that he could do that, and he never got back in touch with me. He goes from A to E - he gets an A because the work he did for me was great and I really appreciate it, and now he doesn't get in touch with me. Price seemed a little high, but I may be out of sync with today's cost. I would use them again if he got back with me. I accessed Angie's List, got his name, it looked reasonable to me so I called him. He was clean, very personable. He was responsive and I was very satisfied.
