    Ruiz, Edward
Dr. Ruiz is a great dermatologist. Easy to talk to and has a terrific sense of humor. His staff is very friendly as well. Always feel comfortable when I see him. Very knowledgable on skin cancer, eczema, etc.

    LifeTime Dermatology
The environment was very modern. Office actually uses electronic billing and communication, rather than oogobs of paper. The appointment went very well. Wait was minimal, appointment was quick, but not so quick as to not have my questions answered. Medications prescribed were effective and EXPENSIVE (glad I am not the insurance company).
My issues were all addressed, some of which I have had for years.

    Affiliated Troy Dermatologists
My first, and likely only, visit was a mixed result. I waited for 30 min in the waiting room, then I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be. She said she would check right after attending to another patient. 15 minutes later, after no attempt to check by the receptionist or any feedback, my name was called. After a brief nurse intake to confirm a few details, Dr. Desai came in. He removed some warts with nitrogen and we discussed what the effects would be from the nitrogen and follow-up treatment. I was pleased with his thorough explanation and discussion on future treatment. So if you choose this office, be aware that while Dr. Desai was good, the office staff and wait time are well below average.

    Eva Youshock MD
Most recent visit was a diagnosis for a skin condition that I had not encountered before. Lichen Planus on my right arm has now been treated with a prescription topical ointment. The rash improved after a few weeks and no recurrence so far.
I have been a patient of Dr. Youshock for many years and find her to be a great dermatologist. She is always punctual and I never have had to wait for more that 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. My previous dermatologist's scheduling was terrible and patients would have to wait for over an hour after arriving on time for their appointment. She also has very pleasant office staff.

    Meils, Dr. Lisa
I just think she is very professional. Of all the doctor's office that I've visited in the past years, they seem to be the most punctual. Typically, I don't have to wait in her waiting room more than three minutes, which I think is pretty exceptional. She has a pretty large staff and they keep everything rolling and they are structured as such that her time with you is most efficient. I can't think of any part of her office, practices or people there, including accounting that doesn't do a fine job.

    Myron Kopin MD
Dr. Kopin has a wonderful breadth of knowledge, and keeps it that way through continual education. In all the years that I have been seeing him, there has not been one issue that he was unable to help me with. Especially important to me was that he was even handed about treatment, meaning when he felt something needed a prescription he would provide one, but if it was something that could clear up on its own he would tell me to leave it alone. I was especially impressed when he recommended that I hold off on even using any topical creams (even over the counter) for my skin while trying to get pregnant with my second child. I like that kind of forethought and cautious attitude. On the other hand, when I was a teen and had typical bad skin issues he was aggressive and helped clear everything up. I can't say enough good things about him or his office staff!

    Byrd, Dr. Roger
Dr  Byrd's  assistant  talked with me in the examining room taking notes.  Dr. Byrd then evaluated my condition thoroughly asking

about the timeline of my problem and how I had been taking care of the infection and what may have caused the allergic

reaction.  He prescribed an antibiotic for the infection and an antihistamine for the reaction.  We scheduled an appointment

for 4 days later if significant improvement was not apparent.  I improved enough so I was able to cancel the appointment.

When my prescriptions had run out I found I was having withdrawal symptoms from the antihistamine.  Dr. Julie Byrd was

in the office when I called.  She reviewed my situation by talking to me over the phone .  She prescribed a withdrawal regimen

    which was successful.
