    I am very disappointed with this company, I stopped in after seeing a 39.99$ alignment sign in front and scheduled an appointment with John. He jotted my appointment time of Friday at 12PM on a piece of paper I thought was the appointment book. When I arrived Friday with my son, he did not even have my appointment down. He advised me that I needed an appointment due to being extremely busy and asked me who I made appointment with, I said " It was you John" (he said his name was John). He said Oh! I said it's okay I can come back next week, instead John gave me a smirk and said no it's okay I can get you in now. I was ok with it and dropped off my car to him. I walked home with my infant son about 3 miles away, it was hot that day in late July only a few weeks ago. At four o'clock I did not hear a phone call nor anything back so I called John myself. He said that they could NOT do the alignment due to other issues being upper control arm is also bad. I was disappointed that he did not call me to inform me this, I ended up having to call him. So I advised John that I needed the car to get to work that evening, so I needed to pickup my vehicle, he said it will be ready. I walked back to get my vehicle and it wasn't ready. After waiting patiently for a short time, the tech came in with the key after checking the Vehicle again? Not sure reasoning is but I had to go to work, John said he would call me later that evening or tomorrow morning once he got the price on the new Upper control arm and I said okay sounds good cuz I needed it repaired. To this current day, John nor anyone from Precision Tune Auto Care ever called me back to advise me if they could or could NOT repair my vehicle so I went to NAPA Auto care instead down the street and they assisted me like a true customer. I am very very disappointed with Precision Tune Auto Care, I do NOT recommend this place especially if you have to walk home for their service is terrible!

    I left my minivan at Belle Tire in Rochester Hills, Michigan for front wheels alignment and defect pressure sensor change. I received my van back with the left rear fender and bumper bent. The unidirectional tire that had the sensor replaced was installed backward and wrong sensor was replaced. I am a handicapped and my van is adapted with hand controls and the technician may have tried the hand controls instead of driving with pedals. The manager of the store was very rude and disrespectful trying to intimidate me be shouting and screaming. He asked me out of the store because it was his closing time.

    I had been in the week before for an oil change, and brake service. Oil changes are pretty good it is around $40. The rest of the stuff was warranty. Their service is slow, and the warranty parts they ordered the wrong parts. That's why I had to go back and they still got it wrong, so I have to go back again. I am not too impressed with their accuracy. Interactions are fine. They are apologetic, but it means I have to go back. I think if there were another option I would not use them, but they are the closest. I only use them because I have to. If I did not have to I would not use them.

    First impression was good. They sell the car that we want. Their service keeps us going back. They do everything really well. We usually have a car every couple of years or three years and it will be fit and nothing goes wrong.

    It was a nightmare. They let all the oil drain from the bottom of my car. The next morning I had a lake of oil in my garage. I ran into the general manger and they took care of it. The waiting area was fine.

    Mike evaluated the situation and gave me a price. He was also helpful in giving me tips for additional insulation that would help. Mike recommended I have the house energy inspected. This would give me more rebates. I did this and am very well satisfied with Dana and Mike. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. When it came time to do the insulation, Mike was right with the installers overseeing the work. Not like some companies that quote the job and than just turn it over to the installers.

    The repair went fine as expected. A new muffler was installed and welded to the existing resonator. From there, things went downhill. I did not drive the truck the 1.8 miles home (my wife did). When I started the car two days later for the first time, the check engine light was on. I went to AutoZone to get a reading and the code was for a oxygen sensor malfunction near the exhaust manifold on the same side of the truck as the exhaust repair. This sensor was not in the immediate vicinity of the repair, but was on the system of pipes. I did the obvious and called Rochester Hills Tire and they wanted me to bring it in immediately so they could check to see if they had done anything wrong during the repair. I did, and soon after, they reported that they did not visually see anything that would lead them to believe that they were at fault. They did say that they would give me an excellent deal on a new oxygen sensor. So, either the repair of the muffler caused the oxygen sensor to malfunction or the sensor broke during the 1.8 mile drive home. I was told that I own an old truck and that these things break easily. That is true. The problem that I had was that I left the car with the shop to repair the muffler. I also did so fully knowing that they were marking up the muffler 120% on the part alone, not including the labor charge. I was OK with this because I needed someone who could weld the muffler and resonator. When the sensor malfunctioned upstream from the repair immediately after returning home, I figured that they should replace the sensor free of charge ($40 part). After all, I paid a lot of money to get the exhaust fixed in the first place! They did not agree, we had a heated exchange at the desk. They wanted proof that they had done wrong. Of course, all I had was a faulty sensor because I was not watching them work on the truck. They did clear the fault code from the system, so we wait to see if it comes up again. They called me back after I left the shop and assured me that we could work something out if the code comes up again. On the principle of the matter, I was floored that they let me walk out of the shop taking no responsibility for the issue. I have an old truck, I get it, maybe the take-away here is that if you have a car that isn't new, find somewhere else to take it. I try to support independent shops. I was raised in a family who owned an independent shop (fork lifts, not cars). The combination of high part mark-ups and a lack of willingness to acknowledge a mistake that was 99.9% certainly made while my truck was in their possession probably means that I will never go back to this place. My search for a repair shop that I can trust in the Rochester area continues... I will update this review if things change in the future...
