The office environment is absolutely fantastic, they have the latest technology. They have all female staff in there. They have a great lay out and a great lab. They do follow up after treatment. It is easy to get in. The doctor to the hygienist always explain to me.

I was not a patient of this practice but called them after being told by another dentist not far from this office that they would not look at my broken tooth until after I had a new patient appointment which had to be scheduled 2 1/2 months in advance. I was told on the phone that they could get me in at 10:30 am.
When I arrived a few minutes early I was greeted by name and given the initial paperwork to fill out. Shortly after I was taken to an exam room where pictures were taken of my broken tooth. The tech went to consult with the dentist and soon returned to let me know that they could take care of the tooth today.
With the tooth fixed I was told that it I would need a crown within a year but that for now everything was ok. I scheduled a new patient exam before leaving. I appreciate that they were willing to look at my broken tooth even though I was not a patient and was please that my exam was scheduled only a week and a half into the future rather than 2 1/2 months.

I called Dr. McKay's office last night, an hour and a half before their posted closing time, right after I broke the tooth and left a message on their machine. I had not heard back but thought I would stop by this morning since I go by the office on my way to drop my daughter at school. When I spoke with the woman at the reception desk and explained my issues she said she had an opening tomorrow at 8:00 am. I asked if it was possible that they had a later appointment and she said she also had an opening at 12:15. I told her that would work and she asked me to wait for someone else to come speak with me.
After a few minutes another woman came up to the front desk and told the person I talked to that she had not finished whatever she was doing. The two then stepped back away from the desk and had a conversation. Soon after the woman I originally spoke with came out and told me that they do not see any new patients without first completing a complete exam and at the current time those appointment were being scheduled 2 1/2 months out. I told her that I had also planned to setup an appointment as a new patient but needed my broken tooth looked at. She repeated that they do not see new patients for any reason until they have completed the first exam and asked me if I wanted her to schedule that appointment for 2 11/2 months from now. I told her that I if I did I would call later to do it.
I went to this same dentist 8 years ago right before I moved out of Michigan for a similar issue and they got me right in. I guess they don't feel they need new patients bad enough to make any emergency appointments. And I guess I will be finding another dentist for my family. This place is might be great if you are already a patient but if you aren't don't bother calling them.

They are very friendly, they hygienists are always nice, and I think the service is fine. I wouldn't say they are head and shoulders above everyone else, but I haven't had problems with them. There are times when my daughter has had some really tight schedules, and they have always worked her in. They are very polite, and it is a clean tidy office. I have never had to wait very long, and so they are punctual. They are always very nice. I have an appointment early in May.

From the very first contact, every interaction was professional, friendly, and just more positive than I anticipated. My tooth is going to be extracted today, a week after my initial appointment. I have another appointment next week for a filling and the week after for a cleaning. I was provided with the cost of each service in advance as well as the cost of doing different repairs to a particular tooth. Dr Fayles's office followed up right after that initial visit with an email and quot;Thank Youand quot; as well as a short survey request. Every staff member I had contact was as friendly and professional ad I could ever have hopefully for in a dental office. This is where I am fully expecting to have all my future dental work done. Also, the equipment itself was so amazing. I had full mouth xrays taken for the first time in many, many years as I am very cautious of everything having to do with radiation. The protective covering came up completely over my throat, protecting my thyroid gland. Hugely important to me as my daughter recently went through treatment for thyroid cancer.

Prompt service. The dental hygienist was very quick and efficient. I was getting a replacement filling as well due to a poor job done by a dentist no longer working for this organization. The new dentist was extremely communicative, no pain, very thorough, told me what she was going to do, did it, did a great job. No sensitivities after the replacement put in.

Walked in, they knew who I was by name. I waited about 30 seconds to be called in. The work was done professionally and in a friendly manner. I did not feel like I was a bad person because I had not been able to go for a couple years. I left with clean teeth and a big smile.

The staff is always so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I am an early a person who often arrives early and they can often get me in early. The hygienist did a great job of numbing me up as she engaged in some friendly conversation. I don't know if they keep notes in a computer of if the really just take a great interest in their patients but they always seem to remember personal information to talk with me about (not too personal just like where I work and the fact that my husband has been slacking on his appointments:). My entire family (mom, dad, sisters and now their husbands and kids) have all been going there and the staff knows this and always asks how they are doing. If you are looking for a very formal in and out with no personal connection then this is probably not the place for you but if you want a family friendly environment where they make it a point to know you name (including everyone you come in contact with from the front desk staff to the doctors) then this is a the place for you. I have talked to people who feel like they are with a high pressured sales person when they go to the dentist and that is not the case here. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need just suggest things that may help with oral hygiene. When I leave I always book my next 6 month appointment and it never fails I forget when it is but they call to remind me before my appointment and never give me any hassle if I have to change it.

I find that his services are very reasonably priced. He doesn't push for services that are not really needed. He provides good care for my teeth and my family's teeth. He seems to be genuinely caring, and he has got a good personality. It's kind of like a family-run business; his wife is the business manager, so it's a very friendly atmosphere. They are very accommodating, and take care of a lot of the paper work without a lot of hassle on my part, so I like that. It's very low cost in terms of my time and effort.
