AGrennan ConstructionGrennan Construction was one of the 3 companies we called for a quote to reside our home, and replace our gutters. We had used Grennan several years ago to reshingle my roof. They had done a great job then at a great price, so when we decide to redo our siding and gutters, they were one of the 3 companies we called for a quote. Fred Grennan came out, discussed the project, the product, his contract, and his and our expectations. When he called back and quoted his price, we immediately agreed on a deal. I am so glad we had Grennan do this job. His crew was outstanding, organized, efficient and thoroughly professional. They completed the job as agreed, and even took care of some modifications that we came up with at no additional charge. Dealing with Fred Grennan was a pleasure. His word is his bond and his aim to please is undeniable. We will definitely call upon him and his company for future needs.- Jon R.

AWe have never had work done by someone else. As we usually did our own work. I am so glad we hired PG for what we needed. Obviously during these times (Covid) product back logs and things being delayed are inevitable. But we were contacted and updated on everything. A little understanding goes a long way with companies doing work for you. Every person we spoke to was very professional and very nice. The work was beautifully done at the quality of someone working on their own house. If I could give more stars I definitely would. I will hire this company for all other projects I do in the future!

We are a family business where the owners of the company do the work! 3 brothers with over 25 yrs. of experience. Our prices are fair and our quality is our trademark. No high pressure sales, the owners will quote your job, and do your job. No communication problems.

AI had them come out to do the trim & gutters and not the roof at first. The trim they installed improved the ventilation for attic. While they were out, I had the roof inspected for replacement. They discovered why the venting for the upstairs bathroom was inadequate. We had them come out in the fall to replace the roof, correcting the bathroom venting and installing better performing ridge ventilation. The first project took 2 day (1st day trim, 2nd day gutters) and the second was done in a day (subcontracted). Clean-up was thorough; the crews were industrious. The work looks really good a year later.
