He plumber arrived at my home, troubled shooted the problem and knoxked out the work in about 45min and I was good to go... Most importantly he gave me a very reasonable price

    Mango Plumbing & Sewer Service
My appointment was between 10 and 2 and Dylan arrived at 10:15 after squeezing me in. He was very reliable and informative. Will choose Mango Plumbing again. Also, we got a 25.00 discount for being with Angie's List.

    Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
It went great! Cregger responded to my request immediately, came out and discovered the problem the next day, scheduled my job, showed up when they said they would, completed the job as expected, and all for a very reasonable price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    A1 Bargain Plumbing
Tech was timely, it was a Saturday. Very hard to find someone, and my water had to be shut-off, so I needed someone right away. Came out same day, very friendly. Willing to work with me. He was great!

    Madera Building Company Inc
Our remodeling was done in a professional and courteous manner. From the beginning to the end of the job the workers were there every day (Mon - Fri) until it was completed to our satisfaction. They never left until all the work was done. The owner, Marty, stopped by every day to check on progress, do some of the work himself, and talk to us about how we felt it was going if we were happy with everything. He is meticulous and very skilled in the remodeling business. He gave us good ideas and suggestions on ways to save money and also pointed out areas we needed to give more thought to as to how we wanted things to look. This was important because he was aware of things we hadn't thought of that affect the final outcome . The results are beautiful and we are completely satisfied. Although we are glad to have the construction over we will miss seeing Martin and Chris each day. They work for Marty and we grew fond of them. We highly recommend Madera Building Company!

    Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
I called Cregger based on stellar Angie's List reviews, and the fact that every time I ran water in my sink or washing machine, water came up in my bathtub (not good). Since I have one bathroom in my house, this was an emergency. I called another company, and they were unable to provide me with an appointment. I called Cregger, and received a call back from the technician within 45 minutes. He said that he would be to my house between 2pm-4pm. He arrived at my house just after 2pm. He assessed my problem. He ran the auger, cut the tree roots, and offered solutions for long term. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. The cost was a little (gulp) shocking, but they were up front about all of the costs for coming out on an emergency call, and the labor. I would definitely recommend Cregger, and would use them again.

    A1 Bargain Plumbing
*Caveat- I did not have the opportunity to use A1 Bargain Plumbing because they never returned my call.* I called prior to their posted start time on Sunday because my drain was backing up (we only have one bathroom). I fully expected to get voicemail, as their posted "opening hours" weren't until 12pm. I was hoping to leave a message, and possibly be added to their schedule for the day, or at least for the next day (Monday). To my surprise, a kind woman answered, and took my information. She said they were booked for Sunday, but had appointments on Monday -- however, she said, "let me see what I can do" . I waited until noon to see if, perhaps, someone would call me back when they arrived at the shop to start the shift. Nothing. I waited until 1pm. Nothing. All day, thinking, "well, they have good reviews- surely they will call". Then Monday morning. No call. I guess I was mistaken to think that, based on the glowing reviews, that I would get a call back with an appointment. Emergency or not. I called another company after 24 hours of waiting, and they were at my house in 30 minutes. (Maybe I was stupid to wait). What a shame. Even if A1 had just called and said, "We can't help you at all. Ever. Please call someone else. We have no appointments available all week", or, "you have a crawl space, and we don't want to go in it, so call someone else", I would have understood and appreciated their professionalism (although, as it turns out no one had to go into the crawl). But no return call is just..... really bad PR.

    WaterWork Plumbing
It went really well. It didnt take a very long time to do the work and Ryan was very kind, confident and capable. I thought we were going to be stuck dealing with plumbing for the whole day, but no, he was done pretty quickly and we were able to go on about our day. We asked some questions about other work we may need done in the future and he was happy to explain things to us to give us a better idea going forward. When we do the upgrade work, well definitely call WaterWork again and will specifically ask for Ryan.

Thornton & Grooms Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing
I have a condo that I rent out in Northville, MI. Renter contacted me because the water heater was not working. The tech came out and told me that the unit was old and probably going to need to be replaced, if not now, in the near future. He said he could do a diagnostic test, but repairs could take a few days. It was on a weekend and I was in a bind. I elected to have the unit replaced. It was a 40 gallon water heater. Nothing special about it, but they charged me nearly $2,800. A replacement like this should cost about 1/2 that, if not less. It was grossly overpriced and I feel I was taken advantage of, because I was in tough situation. The sales approach by this tech was to get the consumer (me) to opt for replacement versus repair. The tech could have easily said let's run the diagnostic test, if it indeed needs to be replacement, we'll apply the test cost towards replacement. However, it might be a quick fix that we can take care of that day. In hindsight, I would have suggested that, since it turned out no gas was going to the water heater. In the end, I paid a significant price for a replacement that was not needed. Truly a lesson learned.
