I have been going to STG for a few years now. I have always gotten great personal service and advice. This last time, I went in to purchase new tires for my bike. I went in with a specific tire in mind and they recommended a better alternative. This was from their personal experiences and reviews they have received from other riders. I always look to Sport Bike Track Gear for all my motorcycle needs.

We rented a good sized pontoon from them. It was a very nice pontoon with lots of room and comfy. The workers were nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back up north to rent again!!

motorcyle had its rear axle come out while riding. horrible experience in general. took it to the only dealer i knew of in the area that could perform a service on a bike. this place was completely ludicrous. have been there before as a kid to just look at the motorcycles, and the owner was a dick. went there once i was older and first got my bike with a buddy who's rear tire blew out. asked if they had a tire that could fit his rear wheel. wanted the vacation to be cheap and my friend was really bummed when he heard the price was $213. when he heard this, he kinda sighed and the owner or whoever the fat man with the 70's afro was in the middle of the store in a lawn chair  yelled out to him, "you can complain and moan all you want, but thats life, and i'm the only place within 50 miles that can put a motorcycle tire on a bike, so you need to live with it."   that was totally out of line! i almost wanted to drive 50 miles just to not give him my business.         this next visit with my rear axle a year later (2011 summer) was total BS. took my bike into the shop to get my rear axle fixed. first thing that seemed sketchy was that when i asked for an estimate faxed to me, they were very skeptical about it. almost like they didnt want to. i just wanted a price to have them keep around and not up me a bunch later without some proof. they then said, we are very busy, we might send you a fax if we get around to it. it takes 30 seconds.         the next thing that made me angry all together was that they called me 10 days after i took my bike in and told me my bike was done. this shop was 40 minutes from where i was living at the time. so i drove up with my girlfriend to pick up my bike which they said was fixed. payed the price, and went around to the garage to get on it and go. i was looking around for my bike and it was no where to be seen. finally i had to get someones attention and i asked them where my bike was at. the mechanic told me, that bike isnt done yet. it doesnt even have the parts ordered in yet. REALLY? all p***** off, i went back up to the counter and told them, its not fixed yet. they apologized, and i held in my anger. the guy at the counter said, well do you want your money back or would you like to just leave it payed for? yeah i want the money back. totally ridiculous. IT GETS BETTER          about 3 days later they told me my bike was done. i told them, thats nice, but i cant come in to get it for at least 2 weeks, i dont have a ride to get there and back. they told me that was completely fine.           when i went in to get my bike, they said, wow that bike has been in the shed a while (not my fault). While i was waiting for them to bring it around, they said, "oh, and its making a rattling noise" i proceeded to question about the noise, and they had no idea what it was.          the bike was brought around with this rattling noise. internal rattling. not just a tick. i asked them why they did not call me about this before, and they said it was because they didnt know where the keys were at before they started working on it.          when i went in to pay for it, i also had my father come in to the shop with me, in case any other bs was going to happen. i asked them for a discount for the trip in for a bike that wasnt fixed, and they would not do it. also, their phone lines were down, so they had no internet to run their credit cards. they said we could just leave all of our information for when it comes back up, but i already did NOT trust them. so now i had to leave and go to an ATM and withdraw money to pay for a still broken bike. i demanded a discount in price for all the inconveniences, but they still would not give, so i demanded to see the owner. the owner came around and told me that his shop had to make space for this bike i left for three weeks. i got very upset and yelled that he made me come in before it was even finished. he told me that wasnt his problem, and i made it very clear all of this was his problem. he also said that them not checking to see if anything else was wrong with the bike before fixing it wasnt his problem.           he yelled back at me to just take the bike because he wasnt going to have me for $300. but if anyone is smart, all my information is there to contact authorities for not paying           i ended up paying for the whole thing. no discount           the only thing out of all of this was the owner had to tell us he was having a good day and this ruined the rest of it and i told him that it wasnt my problem we were going to purchase 2 jetskis from these people, fix one quad and purchase another. NEVER AGAIN!!! i highly recommend you make the drive to go anywhere else but here. it will be worth your time. i have heard nothing but bad about here, when i ask other people about them, and now i hope this helps anyone else who is trying to make a decision. thanks for reading

Bob seemed nice enough and even completed the work on labor day weekend, and his quoted price for the work seemed like a good deal.  When I picked up my bike, Bob explained he did not think the balance weights that Harley uses were any good, he pointed out he used stick on tire balancing weights.  Three miles from his shop all but one of the stick on balance weights flew off the bike in all directions as I was riding home.  When I got home I noticed a large V-shaped scratch in the paint on the right side saddle bag and three large chips in the paint down to metal on the right side of the front fender, this area also had a scratch running across all three chips.  When I called Bob, he stated I could come back and get more weights put on the tire and apologized for the damage to my bike, he explained if I would go out and buy the materials to repair the damage he would use it to try to repair the damages.  I will now have to go out and get another service to re balance the tires and find someone to repair the damages to my paint job.  In the long run I did not save any money using Bob's V-Twin, it will end up costing me a lot more to repair everything. I would not recommend this provider.

This is the second motor installed by Woody first one was in 2014. They had the seadoo from Aug 5 thru Sept 14. Went straight into storage. 2015 after 45 minutes of use engine blew. The engine was under warranty, but we had to pay labor. The mechanic didn't check the trailer when he hooked it up so it jumped off the ball on our way home. Thank goodness for safety chains, did do some damage to the trailer though. The machine had grease all over, the seat ,the hull etc.The engine compartment is all chipped on the opening. After using a couple times we went to check the gas and oil and found the oil line hanging loose and oil all over the bottom of the compartment. We will NEVER go there again!
