    Quality Concrete & Masonry LLC
I am really pleased with them. The problem was that I needed masonry plus some kind of cleaning work to be done at the same time. They were the only ones who did that which is why I went with them. They repaired some stone walls that we have. They tried to retain all these and used rollers and stones. The walls are probably about 40 years old I think. They were cracking and some were worn-out on the top. Quality Concrete & Masonry did a wonderful job. They put a wire mesh on top of that and they poured concrete on it. They repaired all the cracks and did a beautiful job. They also did small cleaning jobs on a block and on a 20 feet wall. They were on time; they were professional and were nice guys. They did a professional job and also did a beautiful clean up. They did take a while to take care of the old retaining wall and the smell was still there. They were worth it and I didn't have any problem with them. I didn't compare their prices with others and it's hard to know; I think they were pretty reasonable. We had to call them back once and it took some time for them to come out. I would use them again in the future.

    Creative Brickscapes Inc
It took Mike three weeks to make my new space beautiful. And boy did he. The demo went fairly easy and the removal of all old material only took a couple days. I feel as though Mike listened to all of my wishes for the new patio, and he explain himself through the whole process. I asked many questions along the way, and he was very forthcoming with answers. Mike never showed inpatients with me, and always went beyond what was expected of him. Several days during this project the weather was awfully hot, and most of those days he kept on working. His work ethic is fantastic, and his wanting to do a good job showed. Mike's estimate for the job was primarily why he was chosen for the job at hand, but it was his character that sealed the deal. My patio looks fabulous, so I know I made the right choice. I have gained a and quot;Creative Brickscaperand quot; and a friend through this experience. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. THANKS AGAIN MIKE!!

    STARKS EXCAVATING
Initially I contacted the owner who came out personally to discuss my project and give me an estimate.  I had told him that I wanted to do the job one time and not have to go back each year to add more gravel.  He suggested that I go with layers of gravel starting with the large size stone and finishing with the finer crushed stone.   His son came in and did the job and the driveway looks Great!

    RITSEMA MASONRY & CONSTRUCTION
John is a skilled tradesman, arrived a tad late, but was casual and confident. Looked at the task, said the estimate would be by the hourly rate ($80 an hour if I recall correctly), and made two trips to finish the task, a few hours each time (two different areas so that worked out for us). Asked us to check his work before he left, methodical and exact workmanship. I really like this guy! The exterior wall is over 40years old exposed to the elements, and he patched any breakage in the mortar, fixed any separations and finished the area where a new window went in. After everything dried, does not look obvious that any "patch" or "repair work had been done- blends right in! Knew the stone product (no longer available) and how to make it look new. We were really satisfied!

    Mollitor Construction LLC
They came on a Wednesday and dug the sod out and dirt and added the stone, and drain and laid back the sod. They protected the rest of the grass by placing the dirt and sod on a tarp. Thursday they returned and dug in the remaining section. I can hardly see where the drain line is as they did such a great job placing back the sod. Their dig went down several feet to reach the correct slope.

    Kalamazoo Landscape Supplies
This is the third delivery I've had from KLS. Renovating a house with a dirt driveway that was a mud pit this spring. I knew I needed to do something, but expensive options like paving were not possible. KLS recommended first 4' of stabilized gravel spread and driven over to smash it down (same thing they use for gravel roads). Then a 2' layer of crushed stone on top. They are very patient and helpful in explaining options and how to's. I also had them deliver some landscaping stone for around my house.
