AMASS MoversEvery time I use MASS movers, everything runs smoothly. I have hired these guys 4x the past few years and will continue to go through them for future moves. They take good care of my furniture and fragile items, work hard, and I feel safe and comfortable with this group. I completely trust them to move all my items. I have never had an instance where they charged more than was quoted and often end up being charged less, as they ended up over predicting how much time would be needed. AJohn Mitchell Moving/Two Guys & A TruckThe movers were prompt and worked hard to get the job done. All items were moved with care and no items were damaged or harmed in anyway. Employees were nice and worked hard. If they took a short break they let me know before doing so. Every items was placed in the room that I requested and a couple of items were even moved a second time when I realized some of my space ideas did not work. We were extremely impressed from our first contact with Joseph Bjerk who came to our home, explained the process, provided an estimate and patiently answered our many questions. Our driver Shane did a wonderful job of packing and loading our possessions, answering our questions and taking care of all arrangements needed for the move. Shane was very professional, personable, organized, efficient and caring. He arrived on the date and time for pickup, as promised and delivered our possessions on the date and time as promised. There is nothing negative to report with any part of the process or any staff member. AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

BRevised Review I did not receive a response to my request for quotation. I so stated in my review on Angie's List and I rated the company F for failure to respond. Subsequent to that review being posted on Angie's List, Nicole Hilton immediately contacted me to explain that a family member was in hospital with Covid 19 at the time of my inquiry. It was Christmastime. She explained that that is why there was no response to my inquiry. She explained that they are a small, family-owned business, the implication being that they do not have the resources of a larger company. I empathize, being the founder and owner of several small businesses in the past myself. I also understand the burdens of attending to business, even under duress. I am writing now to delete the F rating and change it to a B. That rating gives Nicole the benefit of the doubt that, considering I did not receive a response at the time, she would have contacted me to explain, after the crisis had passed, what had happened, even had I not posted the negative review. I hope her family member has fully recovered and I wish her and her business well going forward.

AMy family just had our alarm installed at our new home. I chose Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Premier Provider because it's the same security system that my boss at work has been using for many years at his house. Alarm panel is easy to navigate, super nice touchscreen. We also opted for a doorbell with camera feature. Helps us keep an eye on delivers and any uninvited guests. Thank you to Julie W, who is our main contact, for helping me go through the start up process painlessly. Was not a big chore at all to get the new system!
