    PAW PAW CYCLE
Found the bike my son was looking for at 3 locations close to my home or within driving distance. Asked all three dealers to give me their best out-the-door price. The one closest to home and most convenient didn't follow directions. They played the old "this is the price, however, if you come in we can sharpen the pencil a little and I'm sure I can get my manager down to a lower figure" sales game. With the second closest to home dealer the price was high. Rodney at Paw Paw Cycle not only followed my request, but also gave me a VERY competitive price quote. He was highly responsive during all of our communications and really worked with me on the purchase. We went with Paw Paw because of all of these factors despite the fact that they were located in Michigan, 5 hours from our home. Despite the day long trip to pick up the motorcycle, we were completely satisfied. The used cycle was even better than we anticipated. The staff was outstanding, including providing a complete working overview of the bike. We were also introduced to the "guy who will take care of all the paperwork". Nicest guy in the world. At the end of the transaction we determined that this guy is Chad, the third generation owner of the place. No "ego", just a nice guy who is very proud of his family's legacy. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a new or used bike. Also, if you are looking for a used bike, give Chad a call as he is very adept at finding used bikes via the on-line auction systems that exist around the country. He probably can find you what you are looking for at a great price. Anyway, our whole experience with Paw Paw was just wonderful.

It of course took longer than a quick tune up but thats because this bike hasn't been in production since the 70's

They are very professional.  They get things done in a timely manner.  Their prices are fair.  It is a big dealership, so you could get your services in a timely manner.  They have a bigger service department.

    LIFE CYCLE
[In the interest of full disclosure, I have been authorized by the writer to submit this review in his stead] I was absolutely overjoyed at the prospect of owning a new Zero Electric Motorcycle this past May 2013.  After only being able to ride it 14 days since my purchase, I have spent the remaining time getting it to service or having it repaired.  This last visit, it has been in the shop since June 28th and is still there for the same repair.   I have written and called Chris Langlois with Zero several times this spring and summer and spoken with Nick at LifeCycle multiple times and visits.  Simply complying with what is allowed under your warranty has not brought this customer satisfaction or wholeness.  I am disappointed beyond your imagination. At events and contacts I have been embarrassed that I would have to admit to foes (including congressmen I write to gain support on electric vehicles) as well as proponents of electric vehicles, of my experience with Zero and LifeCycle.  I've finally put aside my shame and started being open about my experience. My credit union, which prides itself on empowering and enabling their members has been quite underwhelmed and has mentioned they would have no qualms in speaking with you about my experience.  In fact, ... a branch manager, says this would indeed color future loans and interactions with the local Zero representative. Several people including a business contact yesterday said they had changed their mind on interacting with LifeCycle and Zero. This is all within two weeks of deciding to open up about my experience with Zero.  I would have hoped a good reputation from great treatment of customers would have been an important value.  I valued what I had been told of Zero and LifeCycle and was really looking forward to promoting what I had thought was a great product and service.  I am sad and embarrassed to be mistaken.  I think it is important people know of my experience. Sincerely, Ben Brown
