    Rob Seth Construction
Rob undertook a large-scale renovation for my wife and I. We had purchased a house that we intended to renovate and turn into a rental property. Rob did almost everything imaginable, from new bathrooms and a new kitchen to new windows, siding, doors, flooring, plumbing, framing, etc. He even removed a massive fireplace from the center of the house, leaving no trace of its existence behind. He seemed knowledgeable in so many different areas and was a great resource in helping me to find good deals along the way. Rob was friendly, professional, flexible, and took definite pride in his work. I really appreciate the job Rob did and I would hire him again!

    SACKETT'S FLOORING SOLUTIONS
Price I think "A" because we looked around and they were within the range of everybody else. It was funny because when I almost went in there I was expecting to have like a hard sale you know trying to sell me past line. When I told them what was needed they were really quick to accommodate and it was smooth. They told me they were going to be here with it. It took me a day to order it. It came when they said it was going to come not like two weeks or three weeks off.

    Breedlove Remodel
It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It wasn't spectacular but it was fine. The worker was very conscientious. The work turned out okay. I didn't spend any additional money. I would possibly use them again.

    Handy Herb
Herb is punctual, extremely neat, works very efficiently, and does quality work. He actually did more than was expected and stuck with the price he initially quoted, although he spent more time than a strict hourly calculation indicated. We have chosen him for our bathroom floor because of how impressed we were with his work and work habits.

    Tile Guy
His work was fine but we agreed on a price he finished his work and then gave me another bill for double the amount of the estimate. I asked what accounted for the increase and he said he had another person working with him and the other guy charged 50 an hour. A second person was never discussed and when asked what this second person did I was told that he helped to lift the tiles....50 dollars an hour to help lift tiles. I was not happy

    WENKE TILE AND CARPET
In 2005 we initially considered Wenke on the advice of our general contractor when we were adding a 300 sq. ft. addition to our home. About 200 sq. ft. of the $45,000.00 addition is a sun porch for which we wanted ceramic tile on the floor. Wenke's estimate was competitive and our contractor's experience with the firm's workmanship and reliability solidified our decision to use their services. My wife picked out the tile she liked on the basis of samples in the store. When the day of installation came, however, it was apparent that the batch of tile supplied by the manufacturer was significantly different from the store sample, although the style and product number were unchanged. The color of the supplied product was now incompatible with our desires. When the discrepancy was pointed out to Mrs. Wenke, she saw the problem, agreed to work with the supplier to return the product at no expense to us, and to order a new, more appropriate tile. Wenke's provided the contractor for installation; he was very competent and attentive to details. The outcome was everything we desired and more.
The second instance we used Wenkes was in installing ceramic tile on floor and walls of a full bath that was also a part of the 2005 addition. The job was more difficult than the porch in that the floor was irregular in dimension and the floor tiles needed to be set in congruence with the four feet of surrounding wall tile. The same Wenke-supplied contractor did the job with real craftsman's skill and it looks great. Both rooms are now over seven years old and we've had no problems with the tile or installation.
Our third use of Wenke's services occurred in 2009 when we decided to recover our kitchen floor with sheet vinyl. We found the perfect product (color, pattern, composition) and the Wenke-supplied installer (a husband-wife team) was able to re-floor the 10' x 12' kitchen with a single piece of vinyl flooring, even though we have a built in 4' x 4' island in the middle of the room. The flooring has stood up to the daily traffic and spills of three humans and one dog for three years and looks like new.

    Handy Herb
He told us he could start in 30 days and he was right on time when he came every day. Each day we got a review of where he was and what was going to happen that day. He kept the house clean of tile dust and the mud of tiling. We love his work and his professionalism.

    Total Property Management
I needed to give our insurance adjuster the final invoice, so Tim kept track of two seperate invoices for me. One was for the insurance and the other one was for the other stuff (my honey-do list) that he did for us!! I don't have the grand total for that yet because he is still doing things for us. I think I add something to the list every day!! I know that he appreciates our business!! We could not have found a better "all around handy man" other than Tim and his crew of Andy and Rick! They ALWAYS cleaned up their mess and were always so incredibly polite! I feel safe having them in my home. I would leave the door open for them if I was going to be away from home and I even felt safe enough that I was able to just go to my room, shut the door and let them do their work. They answered EVERY single question we could come up with. My husband was very impressed with them also! I know one thing for sure, We WILL HAVE A LIFE LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!! Whenever we need something fixed, replaced, painted, installed or remodeled, we know who we will be calling....Total Property Management! Their pricing is fair and to me, it seems a little low to what I think I should be paying for al of the little things he has been doing for us! I hope you enjoy them as much as we have! Blessings!

Mr. Handyman of Kalamazoo - St. Joseph
The contractor who came to do the work was great. He worked from 8 in the morning till 4 in the evening and worked very hard. It took four days for him to finish the job. His punctuality was tremendous. The work looks great and I was very pleased with his work. I wasn’t very pleased with the company or the owner whom I spoke to but the guy who came to do the work was excellent. When they started the work, he found that it needed some more work to be done and he told me that he would charge me more for that. I changed my mind and told him not to do the extra work because of the charge. We had hired him for the charge he agreed and then he was charging me more so I didn’t like that. I was impressed with the workers but not with the owner. So I wouldn’t use him again in the future. If I find the worker’s number then I would definitely call him to do any other work in the future.
