    I needed the side bolster panel replaced on the driver's seat. The vinyl had cracked, and previous repair efforts of vinyl "goo" were atrocious. They didn't have available the exact material color for my Audi Q5 (chestnut brown), but spend 20 minutes searching through books and stacks of leather until we found a suitable substitute. Had the repair turned around in one day, looks better than brand new.

    Clear Focus Window Cleaning
    Steve was very friendly. I purchased a Big Deal so first Steve emailed me to gather my preferred contact method, time of day, etc. He called the day before the service date to confirm the time, and despite the inclement weather, he arrived on time. He was fast and thorough. I'll definitely hire him to do more work as needed. I also asked him for a quote to clean my windows, which was also very reasonable.

    They come every month. The first time they measured for the charge including my back screened in porch (charged for, but never cleaned all winter nor today for that matter), they forgot to clean my kitchen counter today - coffee particles under the canister & crumbs behind the sugar & flour canister. They did not even clean my toilet  today! Two mo. ago they didn't clean the bathtub. A month or so ago they cleaned my stovetop, but never bothered to re hook up the burners. The $99 has been an overcharge & it took 2 very young woman 45 to 50 min. only which would be fine by me if they cleaned everything properly.
    But the worse was when I called to complain. They were not nice or the least bit concerned and never apologized for missing anything, never tried to keep my business  and just hung up on me?

    My original order was dated 10/16/2013. We were never able to agree on a service date.There were 3 separate notices about extra charges that would apply in addition to the original 109.00 that had been paid. After multiple attempts to schedule an appointment and the third separate notice of an additional charge' I simply decided it had been too much hassle. I requested a refund of my $109.00. I have been waiting for the refund since 11/19/2013.

    That didn't go very well. They advertised for a deep cleaning and I don't think they did any deep cleaning. They barely did any surface cleaning. It wasn't cheap. They were half an hour late. I had to ask them to make the beds even though that's on their list of things that they do routinely. They weren't very friendly. I just felt like I don't know why I had to take a morning off of work to be here and they didn't really do their thing. It took a very long time to make an appointment with them. I think they actually signed up too many people with their specials. It was a month and a half between the time I called and the time they came out to do the service. There were no extra charges. They didn't dust everything. They just dusted some things. It was my first time using them. One good thing is that my stalls looked like brand new.

    I was recommended by a friend to visit Paul's for an estimate on the installation of a custom interior and convertible top for my 1964 Buick Electra Convertible. Tom and his crew were very attentive to my ideas and offered great suggestions on what could be done. The price was more than I anticipated but I ended up getting an interior that I would never had imagined. The creativity and quality of the work is simply outstanding. My next project is a 1964 Buick Rivera (never enough Buicks!) and I will absolutely be coming back to Paul's for the installation of its interior.

    Kia cleaned exactly what was agreed to. She came on the days that she was scheduled to come, and she did a good job. The only complaint I have is that after experiencing a gap in service, due to my schedule I believe, I ended up calling her to get back on track with the twice monthly cleaning, and my calls (2, I believe) were never returned. Instead of what appeared to be ignoring me, I wish I would have received a call back with an explanation of why she did not want the job anymore.
