    Two Guys and A Garage
I took it in on Dec 23 and they made sure to have it done in time for Christmas.
The oil light came on in my 2000 Minivan and started beeping. Manual says stop driving.
Said it was leaking oil out top. Replaced Valve cover gasket both sides
O-ring set. Plenum set. Oil filter Grommet Set, Fuel Injector O-ring set, V/cover st
Lube, oil change cost was $600.
The next day the same light came on and the bell started ringing
so took it back and they replaced the sensor. $81
    Now all is well.
Both Bruce and Jim are very nice and  work to do their best to get the job done.
Will be my new car repair place

    Kearsley Auto Repair & Service
A friend of my mine took my van out of town to move some items. While driving he noticed the "Engine Service" dummy light came on and stayed on. So I found Kearsley Auto Service on Angie's List and decided to have him take the car there for service. THEY CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES! and the estimate charges were not cheap, $70.00! I spoke with Steve at Kearsley Auto Service about an estimate on the 2000 Chevy Van with the "Engine Service" dummy light on constantly. Steve said they were backed up with service on other vehicles when I called at noon and they stated they would get me in by 3:30pm for the estimate. They got the estimate done by 3:00pm much to their credit and delivered the bad news a $900.00 electrical fix! They would have to keep it overnight to do the repair. Steve was very honest and said that the problem might not be disabling at this point in time but would go out on us very soon. Giving us enough time to get the vehicle back home for repairs closer to home. Steve was able to take a credit card payment over the phone for the work and was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the person on the scene with Steve at the shop said he did not get a warm or inviting feeling from Steve or the facility; in fact he felt like they were telling him he was last on the list of things to be done that day. He felt like they were giving him a very low priority. Even though I consider the work timely given the circumstances a little consideration would have gone a long way with my friend on the scene.

I was quoted $85 but within the hour they went from $85 to $400. Then they wanted another $100. They were trying to squeeze me. They said I needed bearings. I had to make the mechanic put the warranty on the receipt in writing and had to get the manager involved to make sure that the warranty was worded right.

    Callahan's Muffler & Brakes
They are honest and if they can't do the work themselves they will refer you elsewhere. They were very nice and very professional. The only thing bad was that the people they referred me to weren't good at all but that wasn't their fault.
