Sound Advice Hearing Aids & Audiology
They understood my objectives and highly recommended the Widex as best for musicians. They gave me a long and well set-up trial so I could see if they really worked for me. After purchase, they have fine tuned them to give me the best result. I'm happy with the result - far better than my old aids. Very nice people to work with and very capable.

    HEARUSA
We used HearUSA. I am going back to see them next week actually. They gave me an extremely thorough hearing test, the most thorough one I have ever had. The girl there, she has a PhD in audiology. She is extremely good. My wife's input is that it was great. We loved it. The other big reason we went there is because they are the preferred provider for AARP. I have been using this provider from February to March. It was just this spring that we had been there for the first time. We were very, very impressed. They were very thorough. The AARP program is phenomenal. I had a quote from my previous audiologist for a new set of hearing aids and I saved probably 1300 dollars going to HearUSA using AARP. I would grade them 'A' plus if I could. It is definitely a very strong 'A'. They are phenomenal, they really are. The punctuality was right on, spot on. She is great. I have nothing bad in any way to say about these people. I absolutely will use them again in the future. We gave referrals to some of our relatives. We even referred some of our friends and relatives to them and they are really, really good.

    Dr. Deborah J. Weener, MD
My experience was fine. I have been going to her for eight months. It was easy to get an appointment and there were no issues scheduling. The staffs are professional, friendly, and courteous. The office environment is inviting, updated, and clean. It is a doctor’s office. I like her.

    Allison Kreske MD
She just makes you really comfortable. I think she's a very good doctor, very knowledgeable and good personality. Their whole group of different doctors in that facility, which I've seen, has been good. The whole place is nice. I never had a problem and they handle things well. I think they'd work with you if you really need to be here. They would probably set you up with her, that's just the feel I get from there, or they would provide somebody to handle the situation just because with doctors, you never know.

    Wixom Family Health Center
I used to be a patient here back in 2002-2005. I always found the facility convenient since they have late night hours, take appointments solely on a walk in basis and house ultrasound and physical therapy services as well.
I recently returned to this facility when my insurance changed. I had no problem getting in and seeing Dr Greenspan the day before thanksgiving for a sinus infection that had been haunting me for 6 weeks. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Better than 90% of the offices I've ever been to!
I had one heck of a time getting rid of the first sinus infection and returned about a month later to be treated again. Eventually, it went away.
Each time I was offered samples of medication, which was nice since my insurance doesn't cover any type of inhaler or nasal sprays.
Bottom line, my work schedule is NUTS and this facility offers appointments on some nights up until 9pm! I would recommend this office to anyone who was looking for a walk in clinic with extended hours.

    University of Michigan Health Service
They were professional. A lot of them are professors of medical school. They have a large body of knowledge available to them and being attached to University, they have all the research test available to them. If we have a difficult or complicated diagnosis, they have a lot to draw upon which is what we want in healthcare. They were good. Availability was somewhat hard.

    Medical Clinic of Northville
Dr Summers found an heart valve problem not found by a cardiologist. He identified a serious back problem that I thought was merely a sprain. He also found a serious liver problem that presented with no symptoms and only minor elevation of liver enzymes. He is not a pill pusher, but is a problem solver.

    Rontal Akervall Clinic
Upon my follow up visit with Dr. Michael Rontal, I waited for over an hour in the room before Dr Rontal came in to talk to me . While discussing my sinus issue with him, Dr. Rontal did not remember the issues I was having with my sinuses and I again had to explain them. This shows me that he failed to look over my chart or patient history prior to talking to me. During my explanation he answered his personal cellphone and had a conversation with someone right in front of me! Completely unprofessional. After my first appointment , Dr. Ronal suggested surgery on my deviated septum would correct my problem (frequent sinus infections). During my follow up, he advised me that my frequent sinus infections are probably from the cold weather and surgery would not help! I would not recommend Dr Rontal , completely unprofessional and no compassion for his patients . A major let down.

The office was great. No problems with them at all. They were flexible in scheduling a time for me to come in and they tolerated me being a few moments late. The envorment was friendly and I left with a positive feeling about the office.

    IHA Urology
The appointment went well. The department was flexible in scheduling an appointment for me, even when I was a new patient. I appreciated this because I know some offices make you wait a long time to get in if you are a new patient. The office was clean at the time of the visit; however, it was hard to navigate because of the size of it. I also found that the bedside manner of the staff was fine... took the time to hear my concerns, but nothing that makes it stick out.
