    Sir Williams Gardens
When we bought our house we had a low lying area that became a small pond after heavy rains. I got several quotes from contractors, who said it would cost anywhere from $6K to $60K to fix the problem. Sir William wasn't the lowest price vendor but their solution was both reasonably priced and more complete. Bill Toll pointed out to me the severe price padding in some of the other proposals and assured me I certainly didn't need to pay $60K to fix the problem! The Sir William team re-graded the yard, installed gutter downspout extensions and installed a modified french drain that runs to the street. They also revised my in-ground sprinkler layout and re-seeded my yard. No more ponding after storms and my lawn has grown back nice and green. Bill Toll is very honest and knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him and his team.

    Old Faithful Sprinkler Systems
Scott and his crew installed a new sprinkler system in our yard. They responded quickly to our inquiry and came when they said they would. They were very professional and took the time to explain how everything worked before they left. We would definitely recommend them.

    Maverick Property Maintenance
The end result was amazing - Jason and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were also very flexible with our wants and needs. The yard looks great and we have been getting lots of compliments from our neighbors already. Jason, the owner, is very professional - he does a through job of documenting needs, quoting and explaining the work. He is very knowledgeable and gets stuff done. He also offers a variety of services, so it makes it very convenient for us to work with same person for our lawn needs - in fact, we already switched our lawn cutting to him and will do the same for our sprinkler system opening / closing. Definitely recommend this company - it is a pleasure to work with someone who is very professional and knowledgeable!

    Lucas Irrigation Specialists LLC
The team at Lucas Irrigation was able to get us up and running for the season! They identified a few areas of repair for our system (which hadn't been used in almost two years), and were extremely informational along the way. The team troubleshooted the discovered issues to provide great service at an affordable price! We will be using them (without question) moving forward for all of our irrigation needs.

    IRRIGATION DOCTOR
I called multiple times in August and September of 2016 after receiving a mailer at my home. I never received a return call.

Subsequently,  my neighbors chose to use them for some repairs I agreed to pay for after we tore things up installing our pool.

I was not home when they began work,  wish I was.  I arrived about 30 minutes after they began work. I informed him I was paying for repairs only.

In the end,  my neighbor was told it was necessary to replace the entire zone (and add to it) that HAD 4 mist heads providing more than adequate coverage that happened to have 2 damaged heads and 20ft of damaged 1 inch poly pipe as feed.  Even  IF this was, for some reason a necessity, wouldn't it be best to turn the water on and check the current coverage?!   Not according to these guys.

This was replaced with 70ft (beginning to end of driveway) with 10 new mist heads. I used to install sprinkler systems,  but even if you knew nothing about them,  do the math. 70ft and 10 sprinklers along their driveway on the narrow side  (they own 3 to 4 feet of grass on that end). I suggested SST nozzles (side strip nozzles) and he felt he could adequately do the job with 8 heads. Still WAY overkill, may even cause drainage problems. We were clearly sold a bill of goods that was not needed or necessary. Because of the neighbor situation, I negotiated the bill and reluctantly paid it for my neighbor,  who knew nothing about sprinklers and was clearly over sold during a fairly simple repair job. I should have fixed it myself.

I asked for an itemized invoice.  Unreal. Didn't realize crimp clamps (which should not be used) cost $1 each. I can buy a box of 100 at home depot for $15. Heads were over $35ea and sell retail for about $5ea. I still can't believe the sticker shock I had. $575 and I had other estimates for $275. Had the neighbor been more flexible and willing to wait until Dec 2 when I had the other company scheduled, this would never have been an issue. I learned a lesson.

I was told by the repair guy the reason they never returned my calls in August/September was because their phones were damaged in a storm and out of service for a couple weeks.

When I began asking about cost consideration, I was told coupons expired three weeks earlier. Come to find out, he is part of the family that owns the company,  I asked if there was someone at the office I could talk to and suddenly a discount of $50 was offered.

Incidentally, the costs above did not include the winterization that was billed separately.

While they were still onsite, I mentioned I had not heard of the company other than the mailer I had received.  I was told by the repair guy they rarely work in Plymouth or Canton. I think I now know why.

It was wonderful. The price was reasonable. I was satisfied and I was happy with them. They seemed to know what was needed to make my garden completely watered and they put the heads in the right place so that the whole garden got what it needed.

    Black Diamond Sprinklers LLC
The installation went very smoothly.  Two days after our sprinkler system was installed, we had new sod put in.  We left for the part of the holiday weekend and returned Sunday to find two small areas of our yard were not getting enough water.  I placed a call to Steve and within a couple of hours he came to our house to adjust all the sprinkler heads to ensure our large investment was protected.  I feel like this type of service and commitment to their product is a rarity these days.  Steve has come by a couple times himself or sent out one of his crews to make the necessary adjustments and even added a sprinkler head in an area I felt needed more thorough coverage.  Thank you for caring about our landscape and grass investment.

Everything went well!   The flower bed and mulched area both look great.  They were careful and let me know about a sprinkler head in the bed I would need to have raised or re-located after they created the new bed.  They cleaned up nicely.

    McGlynn's Lawn Care & Landscaping
I read other reviews on Angies list which were all very positive. They responded to my phone call promptly and scheduled the appointment in a very timely manner. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Also this is the first iirigation sytem I've had and he answered a lot of question relating to its operation. He was very professional. He put on shoe coverings as to not track dirt inside the house.

    American Sprinkler
The crew arrived on time and installed the sprinkler system in one day in the hot, hot weather and with several problems they had not figured on - big tree roots and a problem with the water pipe from the street.  They were very professional and explained what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
