  Tom. the owner, contacted us and came out to give us an estimate on the job. He was very cordial and polite and was able to figure out our needs/requirements without me even telling him what needed to be done. He recommended we expand the size of the porch, put in a couple of steps and replace the side walk and porch with brick pavers. He provided us with a quote that was fair and within our budget. Even after we requested some changes/enhancements he was very respectful of our budget by letting us know up front of the charges to complete the job. Whenever we had questions he was very prompt at getting back to us via email or phone. We never felt like we were just another job. Frequently he would notify us to let us know when he was going to get to our job so we never felt lost in the loop. He brought a very talented group of guys, like Chris, the supervisor and his son David and Tom's son and several others to do the job. David dug up a tree/bush that was growing out of control at the side of our house that had nothing to do with the walkway, but we had requested that it be pulled when negotiating the contract. The whole team was very polite and respectful and worked extremely hard in the heat. Tom made the decision to add another step to the front walk as it was still a little too steep. All of which we appreciate. it is now safe for to leave through the front of out home We are extremely happy with the job that was done by All Type Landscape. They are very professional and easy to work with. A job well done. Thank You very much. We will recommend this company to anyone we know who needs any outside work done on their property.

  I was amazed at how quickly I received the quote and then the work started the next morning. During the quoting process, Henry was very responsive and answered all my questions. He even worked on Saturday/Sunday to get it finalized. Henry and Tim were very professional, provided ideas based on my wants/requests, and worked efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised that the quote matched what I had expressed during our meeting. They also had to deal with a bees nest which was unexpected. It was quite a hassle, but they continued to complete the work even ultimately getting stung. When they informed me I needed a professional, they gave me a name in 10 minutes and lined it up for the next day. Henry and Tim had to come back once the bees were gone to finish seeding which they accomplished quickly with no hassle or additional charge. Thank you!!

  When we bought our house we had a low lying area that became a small pond after heavy rains. I got several quotes from contractors, who said it would cost anywhere from $6K to $60K to fix the problem. Sir William wasn't the lowest price vendor but their solution was both reasonably priced and more complete. Bill Toll pointed out to me the severe price padding in some of the other proposals and assured me I certainly didn't need to pay $60K to fix the problem! The Sir William team re-graded the yard, installed gutter downspout extensions and installed a modified french drain that runs to the street. They also revised my in-ground sprinkler layout and re-seeded my yard. No more ponding after storms and my lawn has grown back nice and green. Bill Toll is very honest and knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him and his team.

  Horrible service, communication, and quality. They show up whenever, sometimes days late. The first week, they claimed they couldn't find the house. Then I went almost 2 weeks without a cut and the grass was over a foot tall. The last time they were allowed on my lawn, the left my back gate propped open (using my neighbors patio table...) and my dog got out. Every time I try to call, it goes to voicemail. They only respond with text or email and ask me what my address is every time. I would highly suggest that you don't do business with them. They sucker you in with their low price and offer 15% off if you pre-pay for the entire summer. Not worth it!

  The work they did was beyond my expectations. Cleaned out my gutters, all the leaves from the lawn and within all the landscaping, mowed the lawn, edged, and more.. Again wonderful job would definitely hire again. Wish I would have thought to do a before and after pic!!

  He's actually done neighbor's lawns because they have seen him do my lawn. His costs are low and he is very reliable. He always comes every Thursday for me. We don't have fences, so now both of my neighbors are using him and he does all three at the same time! He edges every other time. He doesn't charge any different, it is the same amount every week. I have beem using him for years. He just raised his price this year, he hasn't raised it every year, but the price of gas and equipment goes up. He is here every Thursday, if the weather is going to be bad he will do it Wednesday or something like that. He does a great job. I will use him again, I am using him now and I will keep using him.

  The end result was amazing - Jason and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were also very flexible with our wants and needs. The yard looks great and we have been getting lots of compliments from our neighbors already. Jason, the owner, is very professional - he does a through job of documenting needs, quoting and explaining the work. He is very knowledgeable and gets stuff done. He also offers a variety of services, so it makes it very convenient for us to work with same person for our lawn needs - in fact, we already switched our lawn cutting to him and will do the same for our sprinkler system opening / closing. Definitely recommend this company - it is a pleasure to work with someone who is very professional and knowledgeable!

  I've been using them. I don't have much comparison on price, but they seem satisfactory. They have been reliable. The only one complaint I had this year was when the grass was too dry and the couldn't mow and I didn't realize they were not going to mow. Other than that, I haven't had any complaints.

  I don't even know where to begin. I talked with owner three times before he came out to my property - each time, I had to repeat my contact information and that did not give me a good impression. When the owner came to my house, I explained to him what needs to be done and my quote. And he talked and talked and talked about many unsolicited information and kept ridiculing other things. "Look at this patio, who did that, it looks awful!" I have no issues with my patio and sure was not part of the quote that I asked him about. "Look at that drain, it is not done properly, who did that?" and many other examples of unsolicited opinions. Then he asked me how I chose him and why. I mentioned Angie's list and reviews. Then he started telling me how he takes price in the reviews and seriously I can't help but wonder if he crafted some of those A reviews himself. Then he started talking about how he belongs to an Angie's list council where he has access to insurance people, attorneys, etc and he can put me in touch with those if I want to. WHO CARES, I needed yard work and a quote????? then he said I could buy one of the coupon deals on line and I told him no I want a quote and I had made that very clear. At that point, I must have made it very obvious that this was not the type of person I was going to work with, so he first said he was going to go around and take some measurements. Then he turned around and said that he just remembered an appointment with a prospect employee so he's go meet that person and come back for measurements. He never did or called back. Seriously, how did this person get an overall A rating? Trying to scam me into buying a bulk paid job, then trying to convince me my whole lawn needs repair and lying about leaving once he knows there is probably not a potential job there...

  The Davey Tree Expert Company

  We used them for a lawn service and consulted with them on care of trees. They do fertilization of trees for me, but we've never had them for tree trimming. Deep root fertilization, in spring for scale and things like that. I've been very pleased with their service. They'll start again here in April. We're signed up with them again this year, the full program. The lawn service is broken down by services: if they put grub control, if they put weed killer. So, it's all itemized. Same with the trees: if they're spraying for scale...We had a lot of dry periods last year. We do have an in-ground sprinkler system, but the fellows who applied the fertilizer, and it was a dry fertilizer at the time, caused some burned areas in the yard, which I was unhappy about. I understand how it happened. So that was the main problem. It was just one episode, but it takes a while for that to correct itself and get the lawn back in shape in spots. The interaction was good. We have a fellow we deal with there and I usually ask for him directly. Their responsive. Whenever I have any issues, for example, one time when I had a deep root fertilization, they punctured my sprinkler system feed, and so we had to have that corrected. They've been careful since then, whenever they come out. They're good to deal with. They we didn't ask for them to pay for anything, but they did give us an extra fertilization service for free. They didn't charge us. They have been responsive.
