The installation technician Jon Lyons was courteous, on time, efficient, and did all aspects in a professional manner. He installed the new garage door by himself in less that 2 hours. Jon was very competent and knowledgeable. I was amazed how he was able to replace my old door within what I thought was a short period of time! It was apparent that he was experienced and confident. He was focused on his work and yet personable and willing to respond to any questions that I had. The new door looks great. Took time to show features and new openers. They charged for hauling away the old door, but it wasn’t much ($50 or so).
