    Fortunately for me, my brakes were not as dangerously low as Belle Tire and the dealership told me where I bought my car.  All Jason had to do was some adjustment and cleaning of the brakes.   Jason is the most honest and reputable auto repair facility I have ever known in my life. Rather than have to pay for some unnecessary brake  work he charged me a very reasonable amount for his time and materials. Jay told me that I probably have about another 2 years left until I needed a full brake job. This is my fourth time coming to his shop for service and I am now a customer for life!   Jason is an extremely honest mechanic that you hardly ever find in todays economy !

    Our transport was handled by Jeremy at Bull Transport. Their transport truck was impressive. Jeremy arrived on time to pick-up vehicle, and was professional and knowledgeable. Our vehicle was delivered on time and in same condition as shipped. We will use Bull Transport again.

    The customer service was friendly and responsive.  They were very good at the estimate.  In one case the estimate was more than expected but understandable considering the condition of the car, its age and the wait for parts.  Compared to other service centers, this one is very honest and will only charge for what is really needed.  I also liked that they texted me when the car was ready and dropped me off and picked me up.  Also, they provided the results of their safety check on a web site which meant less paper and I could take my time to review it.

    They are very good with setting you up with milestones to make sure the car is running well. They are great. they are all professional. They make recommendations but they don't try to scare you into buying something you don't need.

    Called Chandler when my truck slid on an icy road into a ditch on a Sunday afternoon. They said the ice on the road might be problematic, but would swing by to take a look in 45 minutes. About 45 minutes later, I received a call that said they would give it a shot and just needed to return with a wrecker. 10 minutes later, Chandlers was back and the truck was out of the ditch. I really appreciated the responsiveness and the willingness to try!

    I made the appointment on the 26th and Sharria (The person who made the appointment AND detailed my car)  was able to get me an appointment in the morning on the 27th at 8am. The store was opened promptly at 8am and they were ready to take my car. I decided to wait as it was only going to take 2-3 hours. I walked over to the store portion of the super center and sat down in the coffee shop with a hot chocolate and set up my kindle to watch some shows on netflix. Yes! They have WiFi and it's good enough to stream movies while you wait!  Sharria called me at around 10:45am to let me know my car was ready and I walked back over to the detail center. She then took me to inspect the car and I was amazed! My car didn't look that good when I bought it! I am seriously awestruck by how clean she got it! It's a 1994 "88" Royale and it absolutely shines now. I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received.  I was using a gift card so I had to go back to the main center to pay for the service, she even offered to drive the car over there so it would be ready and waiting when I was done with the bill.  I have to say that Sharria went above and beyond the call of duty in making this a wonderful experience. My car looks and smells magnificent! I would not only recommend this establishment but I would encourage you to spoil yourself and get a detail done on your own car.

    It went very well. Total time was two days. Picked up morning of third day. Car ran great. Took it back two weeks later for free check up, no issues. I have already reccommend Indepedent to my friends. would go again in a heartbeat.

    We brought in the car before Christmas because they said they could fix the seat. They had us pay up front and then kept the car for a week. After that the car seat was still broken but a different part of its function was broken. They said they could fix it after the holidays. We brought in the car after the holidays and are now being told it will cost an extra 250 to actually fix the seat. We asked for a refund on the original amount. Al promised he wanted to make it right so he agreed to cover the extra amount and fix it. After many broken promises and repetitive calls the work was finally done so it was acceptable. The seat is still not fully functional as the back does not move up and down but its usable. Took about a month and a half to get an acceptable result. Al and Ron are very personable and I wish they took more pride in their work and honored their promises to have things done by the specified time, return phone calls when they say, and do quality work.

    Made appointment.  Services performed professionally and within reasonable time while customer waited.  As always, during our many years of using Affordable to keep up to 4 cars in good repair, no unnecessary services were suggested.  We now drive over 25,000 miles per year; preventing breakdowns is so important and the folks at Affordable have consistently kept us safe!3
