    JRB Renovations
The whole process went as planned from start to finish. They were always prompt starting most days at 7am. Always contacted us with plans for next day. They provided quality workmanship in every area. All workers were skilled, courteous, and professional. I would recommend JRB Renovaions without hesitation for any home remodeling project. On time and on budget. Who does that?

    Lakeside Service Company
They did a good job. The only problem I didn't like about them was the initial estimate they gave me was not accurate. It was about $500 for installing two vents for my bathrooms upstairs. When they got up there and started doing the work they raised the price to $750 which I didn't appreciate. That was my only problem but they were prompt, arrived on-time, worked hard, and didn't leave a mess. Everything else was fine, I was satisfied with their work.

    Almar Carpentry
Alan does great work, he does not cut corners. Everything he has ever done in our home was built to last. The total kitchen remodel was a huge project which required subcontracting electrical, plumbing, drywall, and HVAC. Everyone Alan brought in was equally as courteous and talented. Alan follows a predictable schedule, which is tough to find for a project like this, and was very much appreciated. Because of the size of the project (taking down walls, moving plumbing lines and heating runs, etc) surprises are to be expected. Alan was very good about explaining the work needed, and the added cost involved. He always cleans up as well as can be expected. He is very easy to have around. I highly recommend him.

Superb workmanship! It was pleasure to work with Deno and his crew. Gave great advice but never pushy. Would recommend him to anyone. The whole crew were very nice and professional, showed up every day on time and worked a full day each time. They also cleaned up the kitchen daily, both tools and debris.. His employee, Joe, worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. An added bonus is they were great with our dogs and took care to keep the gate closed. Under cabinet LEDs, penny round tile and grout came out absolutely stunning!! The pic was taken during the project before all our stuff went back in, so isn't completely finished but shows the tile/lighting in all its beauty.

    Trademark Building Solutions, LLC

We were very pleased with the bathroom remodel and flooring installation that Trademark Building Solution, LLC provided.

Derrick Dixon and his crew members were very efficient, well organized and paid close attention to details.  We were on a tight timeline to get the project completed and Derrick was able to beat the original schedule by a couple of days.  Derrick?s professionalizm included building a working and personal relationship that made  communication very open ended.  When issues or clarification presented themselves, prompt communication and constant updates related to progress were given back to us.  We always felt comfortable to reach out to discuss the project?s progress.

    Woodcraft Design & Build
Great service and craftsmanship! The crew showed up right on time, were very polite and did outstanding work! They kept to the schedule that they promised and updated me daily on what was accomplished, any issues and next steps. They kept the floors they weren't working on covered with  a tarp and kept everything clean through out. I've used this company repeatedly and they've always gone above and beyond. They warranty their work and nothing has ever gone wrong.

    Jason Foldenauer Construction LLC
This was our first time remodeling.  Jason explained everything very clearly, asked many questions to be clear what we wanted (including lots of things we hadn't considered), had lots of advice once he understood our objectives, presented options (including realistic pros and cons of different choices) and provided a very clear and detailed quote.  He started the work on time, and completed it ahead of schedule.  He let us know what he would be doing each day, and told us when he needed each decision from us (choice of cabinets, tile, granite, faucets, etc).  The suppliers he works with had extensive choices, were extremely helpful, and obviously liked and respected Jason.
Everything looks great and we are very happy with the work.  The only issue that came up after the work was done was an issue with the new glass shower door.  I called Jason about it, he called the supplier, and it was repaired that morning.
We have already recommended Jason to others, and will continue to do so.

    Logan and Sons Construction
Logan and Sons gutted our kitchen, putting in a completely new floor plan, cabinetry and flooring. Our kitchen floor is now beautiful ceramic tile with a critical design inlay at the center - for me, this is the difference between just a nice floor and one that is outstanding. That is the kind of attention to detail we experienced throughout the project. No matter the area, Scott put in the extra touches that made the job exactly what we wanted. Okay, my husband corrected me - exactly what I wanted. However, in all fairness, he loves the final result and we get a lot of compliments on the work!
We have a center island with butcher block top and Corian counters on the side areas. During that first remodel, they also raised the entire height of the main floor ceilings, which was critical for accommodating my very tall family. That was amazing and had to be coordinated with the engineering of the open floor plan since the interior wall are mostly gone now. The trim in the kitchen, dining and living areas are all wood, following a modern design element and consistent throughout. Our kitchen counters have a bar area with the same wood design element in the back splash as the living and dining area chase trim. Scott even built in some hidden storage drawers to that back splash that are very useful. Our fireplace has the same design element in the surround with its raised seating area to warm yourself. The entire job came out better than I had planned and the workmen were all nice, on time and well managed by Scott. It is worth noting that the wood specialty areas are done by Scott Logan himself, who is a master carpenter. If you love fine wood detail - this is your guy.
The next job we had done was the master bedroom and bath. We added in a garden tub, changed floor heights within the bathroom and added a tiled built in shower. The tile really makes the room - Scott installed the small glass tiles, which we originally selected but then he added in a larger glass tile in a complimentary color and angle that made the tile really look perfect. When he was installing the tile he brought to our attention that the small tiles were going to be a bit much without something to break it up design wise - his addition of the larger tile and angles was brought up and demo'd and we saw right away it was the right move and went with it. He carried that into the ceramic tile around the shower, cutting our the exact square for the inset glass tile at an angle., We also brought up the laundry area, which makes my life easier. It was tucked into a little area perfectly. The raised floor heights was my idea. but Scott rearranged it to make it work correctly and look right. Excellent work, great attention to detail. The design touches really make the room quality superior.
The most recent job we hired them for was the office / back stairs. We had a spiral stair installed when the kitchen remodel was done, but I have coordination issues and prefer normal stairs. Our back stairs were functional but not much more than that. In this job, the office had new drywall installed and lovely cork floors (Scotts recommendation). The back stairs were redone in finished wood, with contrasting stain and an inlaid landing. The landing, naturally, matches that design element he started years ago in the kitchen, living room, dining room remodel. It's too bad Angie's list doesn't allow you to post photos - but ask him to see some, I know he has some.
We are not done yet - currently planning the next exterior design to match our interior! By the way, we are not wealthy - we focus a lot of time and effort on our house, which we bought planning to remodel. Logan and Sons provide high quality work at very reasonable prices - makes our plan easier to execute.

    Jason Foldenauer Construction LLC
l inJason was excellent. He was on the site most days. Completed the tile work himself. He was always helpful in figuring out how to do something we wanted (installation of doors in openings that did not have doors). Jason and his crew always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were very respectful of our space and a pleasure to work with.
I am planning to contact him very soon to do another project.
