    Roof was installed with professional attention. Guys cleaned up debris after each day. LaMar came by after completion of job and checked everything over to make sure the job was done to satisfaction of himself and us the owners.

    Great. Sean found matching shingles and installed them the day he received them.. The workers were efficient, polite, and refused a gratuity. Cleaned up and placed leftover shingles where I showed them.

    was told the bathroom would be finished by the end of the 2nd week.......this is 3 X 4 ft square room, only 12 square feet!!!!!  We were unfortunately paying him by the hour which really had him dragging his feet.  It took him approx. 3 days to remove the drywall, remove toilet and sink, and remove floor tile.  Took another 3 days to re-drywall and mud.  Found out when I went to prime and paint he hadn't even redone one wall.....that when the cutting corners started.  I paid for new dry wall, paid him 8 hours to do new drywall, then I was filling in gouges and imperfections in the old wall. One tiling started it took several days to put up tiles on walls, another two days to grout and start floor.  At this time he had taken creative control without my permission on border tile and floor tile near the carpet.  I asked him to redo since wasn't what I wanted, however I still paid him another $42/hr to redo the messes.  After I saw the finished tile work I could do nothing but literally cry it was SSSOOO bad!!!!!  It was a intricate pattern but if he wasn't comfortable with it he should have been up front and I would have hired someone from Lowe's.  Major gapping, huge irregular grout lines, even cracked glass tiles and just left them there.

     I contacted him and said I was unhappy and that the work was unacceptable.  he told me I was crazy, and said something like this must be your first rodeo with a contractor if you think your going  to get money back from me.  So at the end of three weeks I have paid him for 74 hours labor at $42/hr.  another 1000 or so in supplies/tiles etc.  And it needs to be completely torn out.  And to top it all off......after I told him he was done working there, he came into my home when I wasn't home and removed his supplies.  That is very unprofessional and he should have waited til I could be there.

    Sean was a pleasure to deal with.  I was able to make all the arrangements over the phone and Sean even visited to do a preliminary inspection and estimate.  The work was done on time, done well and at the agreed on cost.

    I Thought a one stop provider for my passport renewal was in my best interest. Didn't mind making a future appointment or waiting in line but the agent assigned to take the picture had to be the village idiot. I should have known something was wrong when she didn't show me the picture. Just stapled it to the application and charged me for the service as well as the passport fees. Guess I should have asked. When I received the passport it showed half my head was faded out. Hair line was not visiable and if it had been the picture would have been too large. I'm surprised the Passport agency accepted it as a valid photo. When I complained and told the post office I was going to redo the application and would like my photo fee returned I was told the Passport Office accepted the picture and I was not entitled to the refund for the photo. The Passport fee and mailing cost an additional $110.00. Dumb me. Wouldn't go to photographer to mail a letter. Why did I go to the post office to have my picture taken?

    He was very good, responsible, and personable and showed up when he said he would. He and his wife tend to be together and he has got lots and lots of experience. He is an old guy and he did a good job bringing it up to 440. The he left and when my son was practicing later that day the key was squeaking and he came back the same night to fix it. They are very responsive and they always answer on the first call. He has to follow up and he did not charge any extra. When I made the appointment I expected to wait a couple of weeks but he came out in a couple of days.

    Initial testing and estimates were done in timely manner.  All work was performed satisfactorily and a concern about attic fan's operation was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.  Work resulted in receipt of tax credits for energy improvements, reduced utility costs, and more comfortable home.  Improvements also helped with sale of our home a year later.

    This is my first shopping experience here, however I have received many lovely bouquets from this florist :) So when I needed some nice arrangements sent I went in and spoke with the owner, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  I will be using this florist in the future for sure!

    Never will I use this credit union again. Absolutely nothing but bad experiences, rudeness, unprofessionalism, lies, theft, and just downright complete stupidity. I tried to take out $50 bucks from my savings account and they claim to just "have no idea where it went" This was before the teller informed me that they had tried to call me the day before because, and this is word for word what she said " there was a problem with your account and our tills were off yesterday" Yet they still refused to refund it. That was strike one, strike two was when even though I had an account there and so did the person my paychecks come from, they still would charge me to cash my paycheck. B*******. If I wanted to give away part of every d*** paycheck I would just take it to Walmart and cash it there. I set up this account so that I could avoid charges  just for cashing a check I already earned. Strike three and this is by far the best one (by best I mean really captures the intelligence of the people employed there)  was when one particularly incompetent teller named Celeste managed to mistake me with someone completely different even though I was standing about two feet apart, face to face with her, and she had in her hands my Michigan State Issued Drivers License and the paper business card from the credit union with my account number written out in large black permanent marker. Still managed to mistake me for someone else. That takes some serious lack of brain cells to accomplish that. I was dumbfounded. I closed my account right there on the spot. The teller warned me before hand, "you know if you close this account we wont open another one for you"    Umm gee, and miss out on such great service. HaHa. So if you like being mistaken for someone else even after showing ID and if you don't mind that some of your money goes missing and enjoy ridiculous fees and rude tellers then St Francis Credit Union of Petoskey Michigan is the one for you!!!!    Opened up an account at Northwestern Bank, not a single problem, tellers are nice and professional and I have access to my money anytime I want without crazy a** b******* fees. Thank you St Francis credit union for showing me how a shady a** credit union is run and thank you Northwestern Bank for being the complete opposite of that.

    Celeste dear, you suck at your job. You should do everyone a favor and quit, but its okay im sure it wont be long before you get fired anyway.

    I dealt with this company for two years thinking I had no other choice living in an apartment that would not allow a dish. During these two years I have had constant internet and cable interruptions. Currently my cable has not even worked for three months and charter wants to charge me thirty dollars extra for a tech to come out to rid of my cable entirely because they would have to change the way my internet is set up in order to do this. Charge for a downgrade? I don't think so not with so many issues already outstanding. I feel with all the difficulties I have had I should at least get a free month of internet. I have had a technician to my home over a dozen times in one year. HORRIBLE.
