ACatlin Construction & Renovation LLCJason and the crew did a great job. They were very professional and personable as well. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner and made sure it was done right. There was a problem with the hardwood floors separating,, but they quickly came out and fixed the problem. They do quality work and stand by it. When it's time to redo the bathroom, they will be getting a call.- Debra H.

ACatlin Construction & Renovation LLCJason Catlin was very quick to return our initial phone call. He came out to assess the job and take measurements. We got estimates from 4 different companies for the job. Jason's was not the lowest or the highest. He won us over with his presentation. His company was willing to do all the work so we didn't have to piece things out. I picked out cabinets from a KraftMaid line. They are all wood construction with the quiet close doors and drawers. I couldn't be happier with their look or function. The countertop is granite. The back splash is travertine. The floor is a hand scraped bamboo. The cabinets were ordered in December. Work began a few days before the cabinets arrived. Vince and Dustin were working at our home Monday through Fri for about 3 weeks. They were very professional and hardworking. Any question we had or any changes we wanted were quickly addressed by one of the 3. Our home is over 30 years old and it has a lot of flaws but the kitchen/dining room is not one of them. The kitchen turned out quite beautiful. Better than we imagined. We will use Catlin Construction in the future because of the quality work we've seen first hand.- Debra H.

AHad a lot of work done. I needed ceiling lights, connected to wall switches, put in for 4 second floor bedrooms, which had no existing light fixtures. Ed cut holes in the ceiling and installed 4 electrical boxes (fasten 3 studs and one brace). Then he went up into the attic, ran wire to the wall switch, and put in new double switches. He then installed 3 ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. Next he went back up into the attic and ran new wire into 5 closets, and installed lights in them. Those lights were connected to the double switches he had installed before. Ed then replaced an older ceiling light with a new one. Finally, he replaced a couple of older breakers with new ones and put in some blanks too. Ed charges a Flat Rate for the work, so if it takes longer, it does not cost more. He is very profession, shows up on time, and works hard for the entire time he is there. I plan on having him come back in the future to do some more work that needs to be done.

DThey did a good job, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. We paid 50% down in August of 2019 for work to begin in November 2019. I *had* to call asking when they would be out only to be told that they are down a crew and would not be out until March 2020. March 2020 comes, I *had* to call again to see when they would be out, end of March. Then Coved hit. I *had* to call again to see when they would be out. The job was finally completed in July 2020, almost a year after they took my money.

FBe careful before hiring Scott and his crew to do work for you and make sure you do not pay prior to the work being done. He was hired to finish my drywall and paint my house and promised that the work would be done in 10 days. His team never worked full days and after 3 weeks and taking more money than he earned (my error in trusting him), I had to hire a reputable dry wall finisher to complete my house and fix several areas that Scott and his team reportedly finished. He comes across as a nice guy so either he was overwhelmed by my project and the work involved, he is not as skilled as he stated, or he simply conned me out of money. After this, I also found that 2 of his references on his now defunct Facebook page were his fiancee and another relative. If you decide to take a chance on him, I would ensure that you do not give any deposits or project draws unless you are fully satisfied and the work is done!
