Recent Review:
FVitacost would not publish a non-medical review submitted. The review was revised according to their recommendations at least twice, but they still would not post it. This is a very important review on crystal deodorant which previously said it had only "natural mineral salts" but upon receiving said "postassium alum" which is potassium Aluminum sulfate! Aluminum has been linked to alzheimers, autism, and other diseases (not mentioned in the review because they do not allow this). Vitacost has not updated their website post on the actual ingredient in the crystal deodorant which we unknowingly used for many years. Vitacost is would not get back with me on publishing this vital review which could help many folks avoid toxic aluminum.

ANorthern Life YogaWonderfully! I have signed up for multiple classes and enjoyed every one! They have instructors for all different levels of yoga and have recently introduced Pilates and belly dancing! There is also a chair yoga class offered to accommodate yogis interested in a seated practice. I have attended workshops and special events geared toward the local yoga enthusiasts which also includes our Canadian friends just a mile across the International Bridge. The studio is in an old church and the long windows when lit in candlelight in the evening and the 100+ year old hardwood floor brings an amazing peace to your practice. I am very grateful to have been introduced to this warm, inclusive and welcoming community to which I feel very much a part in such short time. I highly recommend this studio for your yoga practice.- LAUREN P.
