    This company is horrible. After filing a claim for my garbage disposal it took a week for someone to come and look at it. The forst company they hired to come never showed up at the day and time they had confirmed. I called choice home warranty when the contracted company failed to show up. The representative looked into it and said he wasn���t sure what happened but he would have another company come asap. An entire week later a company came from an hour away! The technician looked at the disposal and said it was junk. He called choice to have the approval to repair it and waited 40 minutes on hold only to be hung up on. This prompted me to call the company. I talked with a supervisor who only apologized, said I couldnt talk to anyone in the approval department and assured me they would take care of it as soon as possible. I was and still am so mad! The technician finally got a hold of someone and they told him they would only cover half. So my $60 deductible turned into $185 to cover the cost that my home warranty company did not! This company is outrageous. I have had other home warranty companies and this one is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have already paid them in full for a year and can not wait until I can go with a new company. DO NOT USE CHOICE HOME WARRANTY! Buyers beware!!!!!

    We would recommend Advanced Flooring. They were on time did a great job. Also when we ran short on trim and had to order more, they called to check to see if it had come. So they could get it done. They also were able to move us up on the schedule. Overall I would give this company 5 stars. Very happy with the job done.

    When they first started, all categories would be A!! If I needed a day change or time change, they were happy to oblige. I have two house dogs and dog hair was always cleaned! A couple of years ago, things began to deteriorate. I was able to tell which team had cleaned, one was superior to the other. The receptionist NEVER returned a phone call. Joanna told me to e-mail her, that she always answered...NOT! Finally their vacuum blew out one of my sockets. I was promised a electrician would fix it.....never happened! So Sad!!

    Bill provided me with a quote and stuck to it. He showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently with a minimal amount of disruption to our routine. He made sure to explain what he did and answered any questions. The system has been in operation for 1 year now, and is running great. This is probably the 4th time I've hired Bill and he is my go-to guy for anything HVAC. He also advised us on how to tackle adding HVAC to a room that is currently unfinished (a through the wall based split system). I really appreciate All Weather Mechanical. Good, reliable no nonsense service.

    We talked to them on the phone several times, and each time they promised to get back to us with design ideas, a schedule, a price, etc. At first we were able to leave messages and eventually get someone to respond - even if they delayed again and promised things "next week". The plan had been that they would likely be able to move forward in the fall. Finally, they wouldn't not return calls, either to the person we were dealing with, or to the main number. There was really no reason for this. Unprofessional, and they wasted our time, but this appears to be par for the course with contractors.

    Adam showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the interior hookups. He'd already pulled the well record. He found that the bladder inside our tank was shot, and installed a new one quickly and efficiently. He clearly explained the issues with our system, good and bad. They did a good job of cleaning up the work area. Excellent, friendly communication.

    The new gutter and downspout are great. They cleaned the other gutter, but the problem of water overflowing the gutter was still there. I called to ask if the downspout had been overlooked in the cleaning. The response I got was that I needed a new downspout. This was not mentioned when the cleaning was done. It felt like an intentional oversight created to upsell another service. I was considering their (pricey) gutter cover service but not now. They also run on a schedule that optimizes their crew, but not geared toward the customer. They call you the morning on the day that they can finally do the work.

    He showed up promptly and was very courteous. He sprayed and also provided useful suggestions on how to better keep the ants from coming in. They offer a 90 re-treatment for $50 if you still see critters. The spray application seems to have solved the problem. Cost effective and good service. Would use again.

    We have used them for years. They are a great company. We are moving out and selling our house he is going to come out and clean it when we move out before the new people come. He isn't the cheapest, but he is excellent. He is worth it. He is the only one we've used. We think his pricing is reasonable or we wouldn't go back.

    Very helpful and considerate! Larry has accomplished what 2 other contractors couldn't and has been more than fair with cost. So far, excellent experience. He is working on a permanent fix for a situation created by a careless installer nearly one year ago. Would recommend him to anyone!  Thank you Larry!
