AR Fowler ConstructionRob - I just wanted to let you know what a great job you and your crew did building our home. My wife and I had never had a truly custom home built for us before so we were quite nervous but your calm and approachable style made us really comfortable. I really appreciated how patient you were whenever we changed our minds through the process. I've heard horror stories where builders charged an arm and leg for even simple changes so your flexibility was awesome. Your guys also did a great job on the “extra” projects, like building a detached garage that matched our home, and the two decks they built are wonderful. I was so done with trying to design things by the end of the process so it was nice to just say Rob, I need two decks and have them turn out so nicely. Our home turned out great! I wish we wouldn't have waited so long to tackle building our dream home.- Frank S.

ADinverno Remodeling & ConstructionI've yet to have this company perform any work on my home. However, Zack, the young man who came out to provide an estimate was very professional and friendly. I made me feel comfortable and confident in the company and did everything he could to earn my business (offered multiple discounts, even got the price down to the number I suggested). But for the fact that I have another company to come out and quote I may have gone with them on the spot. But I am a stickler for getting at least 3 quotes. So far Diverno is top choice.- Amir A.

APG ContractingPg contracting listened to all my descriptions and issues I had seen with the old roof and trim. We sat down and went over all the different levels of pricing and packaging. Most importantly, they went over every point and material in great detail. Everything was explained and communicated in a way that made us feel comfortable with our selection. On installation day, the weather turned and could not be finished. The roofers took the time to secure and protect the exposed open surface. Not with tarps. But by having the foresight to not expose an uncovered roof to the elements and possible damage. The next day they returned to finish their work. It was good to see that they had a plan for such unexpected circumstances. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the experience, professionalism, and craftsmanship I received. And at a price point that was not over board high or cutting corners low.- Russ B.

When I found, Life Construction - I was absolutely blown away. We had a unique situation with our covered backyard patio. It needed updates and it needed love and direction. Life Construction worked with me not only by phone and text and email - but they also took the time to come over and walk through all the changes until I was 100% satisfied. They were fair and they were efficient. They made me feel like they had my back through every little thing - and I cannot express the absolute peace of mind it all gave me. ANick and his associates did a fantastic job. We had some water damage caused by a poorly installed roofing / shingles. The damage took years to become evident. They corrected the water damage, and roofing issue. From removing the old rotting boards, to painting the replacements. Nick gave us an estimate on the repairs that he could see. The contract was a per hour + supplies bases, because of possible unknowns after the demo of the old. There was some additional work that needed to be done, but after completion, the estimate was pretty much on the money. I emailed Ion Construction through Angie's list on a Sunday, and on Thursday the project was completed. Based on this project that Ion Construction took on, I would recommend them highly. When another project comes along, I will defiantly contact Nick for an estimate. Thanks Nick!

ATri-County Builders created a kitchen and upgraded a bathroom for me and I am delighted with both. I've lived with them for over a month and everything works perfectly. Chris, his employees and all his sub-contractors were friendly, respectful and did excellent quality work. The project included new plumbing and electrical work and we passed all inspections with no questions. The bathroom tile and kitchen granite countertop are almost works of art. They also created a wood post and repaired some hardwood flooring and stained them to match the existing wood. You'd never know it wasn't always there. Best of all, though, is Chris' communication not only with me but with his team. I always knew what was happening next and when, and if I told any of them something. they all knew the next day. I highly recommend them.

AEric met with us and evaluated the work to be done. He very thoroughly detailed all extra work needed to done to the exterior of our house before painting. All work came in on time, within our budgeted price and the employees that worked on it were professional and well mannered. We were so pleased with the work performed that we recommended Above Board to my very detail oriented boss who was also thrilled with the work that they did correcting his front porch that was poorly built by their original house builder. I would not hesitate using Eric and his crew again for any construction needs and would definitely recommends them to anyone.

AMarc was great. He responded to my call promptly and was out within a day to give a quote for work we needed done. He did a great job redoing our fireplace, adding a counter to our dry bar and adding a door to our storage room. He cleaned up and removed all remnants from the job. I’d highly recommend him!

AIt has been a pleasure doing business with The Renewal Group. Scott Barnes gave us an all-inclusive quote for the work we wanted done. Scott, Josh and the team showed up every day, bright and early, and ready to work. They worked hard, methodically and consistently through the whole process. The team worked as a cohesive group. They were professional, conscientious, meticulous, courteous and very capable with an eye for detail. We were not nickeled and dimed throughout the project, all increases in cost were driven by our design changes and clearly discussed up front. They answered any questions we had graciously with full explanations. They treated our home as if it were their own. Things went very well and we were impressed with the quality of the work. So impressed in fact, we hired them to complete another project before they finished the first one. Based on our experience and the integrity they demonstrated I would recommend The Renewal Group without hesitation.
