  We loosely scheduled a time to clean the gutters. When the weather cleared long and he had a few jobs in the area, he called ahead and went to work. He pulled out his ladder and leaf blower and was done in no time. He said he also quoted us to clean our windows. It was very reasonable as well. We'll be using him again.

  The installers were great, got right to work, were informative, and kept me in the loop about what they were doing and what the problems were. Were quick and cleaned up. The area looks much better now and the problem of the water falling over the side of the gutters is fixed. The real test will be winter to see if the snow melts into the gutter and does not form an ice puddle in the front walk.

  The scheduling was a little frustrating, I was first schedule for a Friday AM, from 8-12, so I stayed home from work, about 11, I hadn't hear anything so I called, they said the earliest they could be there was 2 PM, then I got a call that they could not come at all because their previous job ran long, which I understood but was frustrated as I stayed home to wait. Then I tried to schedule for the following week and a similar issue happened. So I had left it with them that I would just call when I had time. So when I got a call the following week that they were 15 minutes from my house I was quite surprised. So I had to leave work to meet them ( they did offer to do it via phone, but I wanted to be there to see what needed to be done).

  I did think the price was a little high, considering I was quoted from a different company to have all the gutters on the house cleaned for half the price, however they were the only local gutter company who did do gutter repair.

  I purchased the gutter cleaning and tune-up from A&G Property Services.  They were very flexible in scheduling, as I wanted to wait until the majority of my leaves had fallen before proceeding.  They arrived early on the scheduled date and were already at work when I arrived home.  They seemed to do a nice job (didn't exactly get up on the roof to verify) and bagged everything from the gutters.  I'm not really sure what the "tune-up" part of the deal was, but they did provide me with a quick inspection report of the roof/gutters.  The workers were very polite.

  Terry, the owner, scheduled the work I needed done two days after I called him.  Doug came out on the hottest day we've had this summer and worked on my roof in the sun for an hour scooping out the maple tree helicopter seeds that were so thick and heavy that the weight of them bowed out the gutter and clogged the downspouts and started to grow little trees.  The working conditions outside were horrible, but he never stopped.  He cleaned the debris from all my gutters and downspouts and reattached the bowed out gutter to the house and pounded all the other gutter spikes back in where they had started to pull out.  He climbed up under my porch overhang and swept away all the webs and insect debris off the vinyl siding and brick  He removed the interior garage light fixture and installed a new one, and hauled the old fixture away.  I was very happy with the work Doug did for me, and I know I will call on this handyman service again to do more work I need done when the weather is not so dangerously hot.  Doug was prompt, courteous, professional, and a hard worker.

  I Know A Guy

  Great. They are very thorough and professional. The windows are spotless and there is no mess. Screens are included and communication and friendliness is superb. They also clean chandeliers and although I haven't used them for it they do power washing and gutter cleaning. Would recommend them to anyone.
