    Moses did a great job - very professional and personable. Fixed the problem, but when it reappeared he came back out and repaired at no cost (there was an additional sensor that needed to be replaced he missed the first time). I really appreciate someone who stands behind their work. Very straightforward, will definitely hire again if we have appliance issues. I prefer hiring Moses who cares about his clients, compared to some over-scheduled random appliance repair company that is dispatched by DTE or the manufacturer. Great job!

    Repair was easy to schedule. Service tech showed up within the promised time window. Replacement part was on the truck and repair was performed efficiently. On the negative side, the service tech reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. My home is non-smoking and I am very sensitive to this smell. It took 24+ hours for the smell to dissipate after the technician left. I would consider using this firm's services again but only if a non-smoking repair person was available.

    This is the second time in 5 years we have sought out his help. Mr. Moss came in promptly, diagnosed the problem to be a defective valve and replaced it coming back the second time. He was punctual, courteous and did an outstanding job. Very pleased with quality of work!

    Great - he suggested I try to get the mfg to fix it for free since it sounded like something covered in a recall, so I did that. When that didn't completely fix it, they came out and only charged $95 to fix it.

    It was wonderful! While he was working, the tech taught me a few things about the system. As he was writing up the invoice, he offered to clean up the front of the cooler and advised I was using the wrong stainless steel cleaner, so he just gave me the bottle he used. He was very helpful!

    The service was good, he was timely, and seemed knowledgeable. He wasn't able to fix it, and it ended up being extremely expensive. It ended up costing $365. He did his job. He did call back and the rough estimate is what it ended up costing. It was a $250 part and service was about $160. He was on time as far as being here when he said would be. It's working fine now. The part has a one year warranty on it. I hope it will last. The only negative thing I would say is, more communication. I charged my credit card for the service call because, it wouldn't let me leave a message until I paid. I paid, wrote a message and didn't hear anything back. For the most part everything was good.

    This is a little strange, but the result was extremely satisfactory.  Our electric wall oven shorted out, and being a former U.S. Navy technician (FT) I was able to eliminate all but two problems and I was unable to proceed.  We wanted our oven back, so we called Mary's to see if they could fix it  .We chatted for a while, and Mary and her partner figured out that I was capable of completing the repair on my own. Mary not only told me what the problem was, but gave me the part number and told me where to get it (Repair Clinic).  It was a simple repair, and the instructions they gave me were specific and complete.  What a concept!  They provided me the information at no cost.

    AMAZING service level.  If every community in America had businesses that operated like this the world would be a much better place.  
     First my gas dryer stopped working.  So I hopped on Angie's list and found these guys.   Not having alot of time (and having alot of laundry stacked up) I was pretty desperate.  Well they promptly scheduled an appointment (at a fair rate, I might add) and that was that.   However, I got to thinking could I get this repair done myself (engineer by training).  I called them back and they talked me through it.  After letting me know about all the safety precautions and spending considerable time diagnosing my problem, they told me what part to try and confirmed they had it in stock. Though I might have saved a few $ by ordering this online this would have taken and clearly been horrible to do (given the exceptional I received).   I hopped in my car, headed to Bill and Rods, grabbed the part, headed home and gave it a try.  Repair complete!  Clothes dried!  Amazing!
    The story doesn't end there, however.   The very next load...my washing machine stopped working.  (I am NOT making this up.)  Emboldened by my dryer attempt.  I decided to see if I could do it again.   Sure enough...I was able to troubleshoot and repair using a part again bought from these guys which also was in stock.   
    These guys could have charged me the service calls.  They could have just told me to blow off when I wanted to give it a try myself.  The complete opposite: they helped me all the way, therby owning my business and renewing my faith in honest, local companies.  Kudos Bill and Rod's.  Kudos!!

    The leaky Moen cartridge was very stubborn to remove and required a special tool.   After he worked on it for more than 15 minutes, the plumber from Burton's called Moen directly, ordered extra parts, and ultimately replaced both cartridges, both stem extensions, and also fixed a different sink (loose faucet handle) at the same time.    He was very friendly, clean, put bootie covers over his shoes, and was very prompt at following up to finish the job when the parts arrived a few days later.   Based on this experience, I feel like I can go to Burton's with confidence the job will be done right and at a very reasonable price as compared to other plumbing shops.  No more plumbing for me.  I'm calling Burton's next time.  Highly recommend.  AAAAA+++++

    Anthony was great. Fixed issues quickly. Needed to get additional parts but came back quickly. Told me about Angie's List discount and suggested I get on line and buy--I already had coupon but appreciated the suggestion. Anthony knew what he was doing and got the job done. I will use this company again and I WILL ask for Anthony. Happy New Year
