    The job was done on time and for a good price but the logo was wrong. When I got home and looked at the 3 dozen hats with the wrong Font, I was upset because I needed to ship them out that week in order for them to get there in time. I took them back and she saw that it was wrong and said that she would order 3 dozen more hats and make it right. I said that I could not do that because of the shipping cut off date. So she gave me a hugh discount on the hats that I had. Now that is excellent customer relations, she was willing to eat 3 dozen hats to do it right. I will shop there again and I have told people of the service I received. I am very greatful for the excellent service.

    I walked in with ideas of what I had wanted for customized t-shirts for my kids and special friend. They were accomodating and looked through books of photos and gave me multiple options and additional ideas. They called me after I left to discuss what one aspect would look better.  She obviously wanted the best quality and satisfaction. They were ready in 2 weeks, for a very reasonable price. I am thrilled with the outcome. I would encourage anyone to go here.

    In the month of February I ordered a full size princess blanket and full size Firefighter blanket from Buttons-N-Bows... I paid half for each blanket right than and was told that the blankets would be done within two weeks... Almost a month later I had asked the owner again about my blanket and she told me that the firefighter blanket material was too small that she ordered so she had to find more and that she was waiting for fabric for the princess one also... I continued to wait and did not hear anything from her and was getting upset so I asked again... she told me she was unable to find any firefighter material so we would put the 40.00 I put down for the princess blanket and that she was leaving for a headstart trip but it would be done within a week of her returning.. 2 weeks after she got back from her trip she text me and told me she would be dropping it off Monday and had an extra blanket because it took so long.. By Friday of the next week I did not hear anything so I messaged her asking what was going on. She told me it was not her responsibility to drop the blanket off for me and that I could come and get it. I did not have a car so I asked her to bring it to me when we had our meeting and she refused... I got upset with her and told her that it was very unethical of her to tell her clients that she would deliver and than not do it... She was supposed to be a friend and business owner but was neither. This past weekend (5/14/11) I seen her again and asked if I was going to get my blanket... she told me that I could get it if I came out to her house and got it. I told her I did not feel comfortable as she has been having many issues at home... I again asked her if she would bring it to our meeting at the end of the month and she told me no.. I told her that if I did not get my blanket that I was turning her into the Better Business Bureau and she told me that if I turned her in that she would go after another business that I have recently ordered from... I was upset and just quit talking to her.. I want people to understand that her work is not very professional and I do not want anyone to get screwed on items they order... She also takes a long time to answer any questions and does not have a business license... Please stay clear of this business!

    A Stitch in Time
    I brought my dress in to the bridal store I bought it at, and had one "fitting". 12 days before my wedding date, Was told my dress was done. Tried it on in the store, left with dress. Got home tried it on again for my mother and my sister and noticed that one of the seams on the bust was 1 1/2" longer then the other, which made my breasts look pointy and lopsided. Also found loose strings on some beading. Tried to call the seamstress, left two messages did not get a call back, and was forced 10 days before my wedding day to find someone else to fix it. Still not sure if it can be fixed or not.

    We bought a USAF military uniform from MAACS in Jan 08 and were billed immediately. We did not receive the uniform when promised (several weeks) and tried to cancel the order from February to April. MAACS refused to cancel the order and said the uniform should ship in a couple of days. They told us that several times but the uniform never shipped. Their customer service is basically non existent and they only would respond via email occasionally. Finally in May 08 we received the uniform. It was not embroidered within military specs and looked horrible. We contacted the company owner Allison MacDonald by email and told her that we have been trying to cancel the order and that the embroidering look bad and she gave a return authorization number to send the uniform back for full refund. We shipped the uniform back in May and have not received our refund. All attempts by telephone and email to contact the owner have been unsuccessful. Helen, MAACS customer service, advised in Jun 08 the we are on the refund list but would not say when to expect the refund. It is now 8 Aug and we have not been refunded our money. We also ordered a pair of socks in Nov 07 and did not receive them until Jun 08!

    SAMS SHOE REPAIR
    I brought in a sheepskin UGG boot with a triangular tear on the side. We agreed that it could be fixed using delicate stitching and without a patch. I told him if he couldn't do it that way to just forget it and thank you for looking at it. He told me it would take a week. I said that would be great and there was really no rush. I called several times over the following weeks and the boot was not finished. It took 2.5 weeks and he had not finished it the morning I had picked it up. The stitches were Frankenstein like and huge and sewn with very thick thread. He put a hard patch on the inside of the boot (UGG are made to be wore w/o socks) using heat which ruined the exterior fabric. The boot can't be wore comfortably with the patch and to remove the patch would leave holes in the sheepskin. He pretty much did exactly the opposite of what we agreed upon.
