Everything was completed just as described. Eric Head was great to work with and made sure that we got everything we had asked for. The windows arrived from the warehouse with the wrong screens and even though we might never have noticed, he made sure we got the correct ones.

This has been a BIG HEADACHE since the word go!  We signed the contract in March and were informed at that time that it would be several months before they would be able to start on our project which was fine with us.  The work was started in August.  The first project was putting a roof over the deck.  The  rafters that the workers had with them were the wrong ones... we requested an open vaulted ceiling and the ones they had were for a regular ceiling.  The crew ended up making the correct rafters.  They worked very hard for several days and upon completion the new roof looked pretty good, but after a closer inspection we found that looks can be deceiving.  We are planning on enclosing our deck and the crew knew this but yet one side is 3 1/2 inches longer than the other.  This might not appear to be anything to worry about to some  but when putting up walls and windows, it will create problems. We have two fairly large holes in our roof inside where they connected the new roof with the old...a perfect place for bats, or any other wild critter to take up living quarters. The top of the covered area is larger than the bottom floor area.  All in all they did a lousy job for being professionals!  While part of the crew was working on the deck project, one of the workers went out front to work on the door only to find they had ordered the wrong door.  Once the deck was "completed" we patiently waited for a new door to come in.  They came two weeks ago to put it on and it was too big for the opening so they ended up cutting into the header and the sides of the wall to make it fit.  Drywall dust got inside the house everywhere because they didn't put up any type of a barrier to keep it outside.  They had to force the new door into the opening.  It doesn't fit and it's very lopsided and not level.  The outside siding around the door is uneven and you can tell the door just doesn't fit like it should.  When they went to put on the door knob, they found that they didn't have all the screws so took off the our  old door knob to get screws... they didn't fit so just left the pieces on the floor in the garage. They went to Home Depot and got a new door handle and lock set.  Whey went to put on the storm door, they found it was the wrong one so couldn't put that on. We have called and complained to the company and have yet to talk with the owner.  The crew is suppose to come back and make everything  "right" sometime next week but in the meantime we have to look at the new door that doesn't fit and try to figure out how to deal with the poor job on the deck roof.  I honestly can't see how they are going to be able to fix the mess with the deck roof and the front door but really hope it can be done!  It would be very hard for me to honestly recommend these people for anything with all of the miscommunications, poor workmanship, delays, ordering of wrong materials.. etc.  I will say that the crew is a group of very nice men and they do a fairly  good job of cleaning up after themselves.

The company has a professional staff to manage phone calls and customers (love it).  A representative called within 24 hours and was on-site to estimate also within 24 hours.  I had three other individuals tell me the opening for the door was not square and one big box store told me the door would need to be cut to fit. This quote included uninstall of  existing flashing, install of new/vinyl flashing, and door install with caulking.

Unfortunately it took some time (a couple of weeks) for the install to take place but since they are the ONLY company to respond to my plea for help I was willing to wait.  This was a small job and was difficult to fit into the schedule.  It was a door I previously purchased I am grateful for their follow-through and getting this done. VERY PLEASED --they took all the cardboard, old material, swept up the debris, cleaned the glass and removed all the stickers.  I will call them again!

I first contacted 4 Seasons in May 2013, and Justin Brisboy was very prompt in responding.  Please be aware that Justin has a habit of calling and not identifying himself, so don't be surprised.  Otherwise he was very gracious and attentive.  On his first visit he took measurements, showed me what the porch would look like and we planned the placement of the porch.  When I asked about replacing the family room french doors with a sliding window wall and getting my basement windows replaced due to settling of the house and buckling of the frames.  The door and windows were custom, as was the porch.  Apparently Mr. Bisboy has the reputation of planning the largest porch that he can for his clients, according to the builders!  He ordered all the parts for the porch, door and windows that day, but it took over a month for all the pieces to arrive.  Once they did, the building took about a week.
The men who did the actual installation were very professional.  They tied in the porch roof with the original roof seamlessly, with no leaks over these past 6 months.  The floor is apparently a new idea as they usually put in outdoor carpeting.  My floor is a hardwood look-alike with rubber backing that is very quiet to walk on and has held up very well.
Overall I am quite satisfied with the service and the promptness.  Any delays were related to obtaining the materials, which is nothing that 4 Seasons can control.  Otherwise they did an excellent job.

We found James to be extremely knowledgable and capable in every aspect of the jobs he did.  We were kept informed at all times of projected costs and time frames.  In many cases, James was able to come up with creative solutions to the unique problems presented by our house.   We couldn't be more please with the results of his work - we really appreciated his attention to detail throughout.  The tilework in the bathrooms and kitchen is especially noteworthy!  Also worth mentioning is that James was exceptionally conscientious about keeping the premises as neat and dust-free as possible during his work.  We really appreciated this, since we've had many unpleasant experiences with contractors who have not been as concerned about tidiness.  He was even great about working around our pets!

We would highly recommend James without any hesitation for any remodeling jobs including plumbing, carpentry, and/or electrical work.  He exceeded our expectations!
