The cost was more than I could afford and they helped me find financing. This is a very good company, I am a repeat customer. You don't make an appointment, they are first come, first served. Sometimes they will give you a loaner car if it is going to take a long time. They show you and tell you what's wrong. They don't treat you like you're dumb. They treat me like I'm an intelligent person. They are very thorough in explanation.

    Mount Pleasant Tire
Outstanding service and workmanship! I've lived in Mount Pleasant for 18 years, and have visited most of the tire/automotive establishments in town. Mt. Pleasant Tire is by far the best. They have a lot of pride in the quality of their service, and it shows. I have been there several times, and they have exceeded my expectations each time. Their rates are very reasonable, and they never gouge you on prices or offer you services you don't need. I was there today for a tire balancing, rotation, and alignment. After the balancing and rotation, they advised that the alignment was OK, and the cause of my vehicle pulling to the right was likely due to air pressure. I drove the truck around for a while, and they were correct! It tracked perfectly, and they did not charge me for the alignment, as it was not required. There's not too many places these days that will look out for their customers best interest, so I want to make sure Mt. Pleasant Tire gets credit for going the extra mile. I only wish I had known about this place years ago!

I could not have asked for a better experience. I knew that I needed new tires for awhile, and when I finally got around to calling to make an appointment, they were able to get the tires for my car in stock and install them within one day. I thought for sure it would take at least a few days to even get the tires, let alone install them. When I arrived for my appointment, I was a little early but they got my car in immediately and I barely waited at all for them to be done. With the installation, they include lifetime repair and rotation free of charge! They also provided me with everything I needed to get a $60 rebate from the tire manufacturer. I am 100% pleased with this experience and will happily always go to Mt Pleasant Tire in the future.

They were very helpful in explaining the options for licensing my Classic 1965 Ford Mustang.  You can use any of the normal current plates, an antique auto plate, or an original plate made the same year as the car (my choice).  Anyway, even though I had to pick a number and wait a while for my turn, they were very efficient and helpful in meeting my needs.  Some things just can't be handled on-line.

    Mid Michigan Insurance Agency
I insure my Classic 1965 Ford Mustang for only part of the year in which I drive it.  Mid-Michigan Insurance provided appraisal estimates and insurance quotes for my classic car (way different needs than normal).  I add and then remove coverage as necessary and they cheerfully take care of this with a quick phone call or e-mail and provide proof of insurance as necessary.  I use them for all my insurances (including homeowners) because they "shop" for the best quote among several companies.

I felt that the technician thoroughly explained in detail the issues with the vehicle. I did have to ask some additional in depth questions to be certain I understood the issue, however he was incredible patient and allowed me to ask the questions without becoming annoyed. I felt the service was good and the follow up was good as well.

I walked in and was promptly greeting by a very nice lady. I had a coupon for a 9.99 oil change. I waited about 45min for the oil change which was fine because I know he was working on a different vehicle and he actually stopped working on that vehicle to do mine. The gal chatted with me while I waited. Very nice people and the oil change was good! They even had really nice calendars they were giving away too. I'd go back there for sure.

    Mount Pleasant Auto Lab
I spoke to Autolab at 8am on a Monday morning and by 10:30 they had arranged to have the car towed, looked it over and called me back with a diagnosis and estimate. Cullen took the time to explain in detail (which I like) all aspects of the problem. (failed C/V joint in drive train) I agreed to the repairs and the car was fixed and back in my daughters hands by 6pm so she could get to school the following day. The price was probably a tiny bit high but for us the speed and professionalism was worth it. At this time their shop rate is just over $68/hr. Cullen also took the time to speak to me about other issues this older car has and was fine with us passing on those repairs. We actually knew about the other issues from our local mechanic and their diagnosis matched up which tells me they know their stuff.

I go there because I feel they're very honest. I was going to my work at the casino, it was raining, my car stalled, and I went there. They don't charge you unless they work on your vehicle. I feel comfortable and have recommended them. I give them high ratings and will continue to go there in the future.

I have been very pleased with them.  When I first moved over to this area I drove my crappy little car to their shop and they treated my crappy little car just as well as their much more expensive models.  He specializes in European and Japanese import and he has some very nice cars.  The thing that I appreciated about Dale the owner was that he didn’t treat me like I was stupid. He came out and explained what they were going to do to my car.  He explained what the pricing was going to be and what I was going to get.  My experiences with him have been really good. I have been going to him for almost 20 years.  Their staff is good about calling you back and if you have a question and you need to know when your car is due for the next tune up they do a good job of record keeping.   They will tell you when you should be there. They are pretty expensive.
