    At first they were great. Everything was clean, but then some things were overlooked. Spoke to the two cleaners about the items not cleaned. The next week two different cleaners arrived. Again the first couple of weeks all went well. Then items weren't cleaned. Also, their cleaning time was becoming shorter and shorter. At first they stayed a little over an hour then down to 30mins. My home is small, but not that small! Spoke to the owner: The same cleaners came the next day to redo what wasn't clean. I had a list for them, that contained 15 items, when they were done ( 20 mins later), 5 of the items were still dirty. For example the bathroom sink and hardware, dinning room chairs. Thus I fired them. Pricewise $65.00 for weekly cleaning. I am looking for a different company to do my cleaning. My advice is don't waste your time or money.

    I needed the grand opening to be presentable so I tried out this company referred by a fellow business associate. I needed a thorough cleaning and the windows cleaned as the previous business owner left them filthy. Needless to say all the windows were spotless. The place was filled with dust and dry wall residue from minor construction work. The entire store including all the hard to reach places were vacuumed and some spot cleaning to take out some stains. All surfaces were dusted and damp wiped with cleaning solutions. Bathroom sinks toilets and mirrors were all cleaned as well. They came prepared and well equipped. Talk about efficiency. Last company I used had to go back out for supplies. What i requested was a deep clean but they do offer weekly cleaning services that is less involved at a lower rate that are very fair prices. Professional and friendly staff will get back with you promptly and quote whatever you need.

    Brite-Way House Cleaning


    Brite Way House Cleaning Service sounded professional, but can't be relied on.  Had a Saturday morning appointment, was called back asked if I could reschedule for Sunday morning.  I moved my day around because I NEEDED some real cleaning done by Sunday night.  Got a confirmation text Saturday and guess what!?!?!  NO SHOWS!!!

    Pristine Home & Office Cleaning
    The house was purchased as a flip property and they did a complete job of clearing the debris and setting it up for real estate showings. The house was a mess because of the foreclosure process.
    The staff took a great approach to the entire project and did a thorough cleaning. They were set up to continue on a semi- monthly basis to maintain the great look that they created until the property sells. They washed each of the bathrooms, the kitchen and tiled laundry room. They cleaned the carpets after they were vacuumed and they look great.
    I highly recommend this company. They are complete in the approach and thorough in the job that they do.

    The two You've Got It Maid employees arrived promptly with  their own supplies and cleaned kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bath and a half.
    They stayed busy for the allotted time and asked me to inspect and comment on their work before they left.
    I was very satisfied with the results and the professionalism of the employees.

    On 4/1/2013, Danielle called me at approximately 8:22 am and stated that she was short staffed and could not come to clean my house this morning. They were be at my house at 9:00 am. She then told me that she could reschedule me for April 8, 2013. I told her that date wasn't good because I would have to return to work on that date. I explained to her that I am a teacher and was out for Spring break and I would have to return to work on that date. I also mentioned to her that I wasn't sure if my son's schedule could fit in that day because he works in retail. She then told me that I'd have to reschedule. Unhappy about this situation, I immediately called her back and told her that I wasn't happy. I asked her why did I have to wait so long for her to come to my home since I wasn't the one who cancelled the appointment. I then asked her if she could schedule me for another day during this week since I will be off for Spring break. She told me "No" that they would not be in my area until April 8. She then stated that she could put me on the waiting list; however, I wouldn't be notified until the day that they would be coming out. I asked her, "No 24 hours?". I then questioned her about her advertisement, since she told me that my house would only take 1 1/2 hrs. I mentioned to her what she advertised: 3 hrs by a crew of 2. I then learned that this is not necessarily true. 
    Unfortunately, I took this advertisement at face value since I felt that I could trust Angie's List. I now know that not all businesses that advertise on Angie's List are truthful. When I say truthful, I mean honest with no hidden stipulations.
