  • My dentist is Dr.Keeton under Dr.Meltz. I've been with them for 15 years. They are excellent, the office and personnel, everything. They take time to answer your questions and show you what they're doing.

  • Regular 6 month checkup.
    Tom Madden has been our family dentist for over 30 years. We were one of his first patients when he opened the Milford office. You might say we 'grew up together' as he was early in his career and so was I as an engineer. He has helped both myself, my wife and our two children (now adults with families of their own). Tom definitely knows what he is doing and keeps up with his profession. He is compassionate, listens well, and very forthright with his recommendations and uses the latest techniques to provide for patient comfort and treatment.
    Speaking of comfort, if you, especially kids, want to watch some TV, listen to your music, while being treated...he's got it in one of his treatment rooms. I called it the 'executive suite' because it also has the most comfortable dentist's chair ever...very cushy.
    His hygienists and office staff likewise are very professional but friendly and understanding...especially when dealing with kids...and me too. The few emergencies over the years that we have had were dealt with promptly. When my Mom needed a second opinion, at age 98, Tom provided it free, even though she was not his patient.
    His practice also has a kids program with the local Milford community but I'm not familiar with the details. At least once a year he has an orientation class that teaches youngsters about proper dental care and let's them tour his office.
    My wife continues to see Tom today. Unfortunately, because of insurance coverage changes, I had to change dentists early 2013. If it was not for the insurance restrictions, I'd still be with Tom as my dentist.

  • Dr. Vitullo is a wonderful dentist, and all of the staff tries to make you feel comfortable. I first started going to the office in May of 2010. He has performed two root canals and crowns for me, plus various other general dentistry procedures on myself and my husband. I used to be terrified of having major dental work done, but they were very reassuring and do a good job of making everything painless.

  • It took about a month to get in for my initial appointment for a cleaning.  My adult son (no insurance) had a more immediate issue and they worked him in right away.  The office is efficient and the staff all seemed to enjoy working there.  That is a good sign.  The filling repair was fascinating since the dentist uses a 3D imagery system to photograph and then sculpt the filling ready for the dentist to install.  Much better than the old school amalgam option. 
    I have a very high tolerance for pain and zero fear of dental work so I can't address those topics.  I can say the amount of pain killer used during the filling replacement was appropriate.  No pain killer was used during the cleaning.

  • after having a regular check up it was determined that a crown needed to be replaced before it started causing more problems.  the appontments were set up for the next week for the impressions.  the followup installation appointment was set for when the crown was expected.  when the appointment came for the install all went well.

  • Another 6 month checkup done. Teeth are 'squeaky clean' and best of all, NO cavities.
    You've got to try their (as I call it) 'Luxury Suite' with a most comfortable dentist chair, computer/TV, and art/paintings on the wall...all to make you feel at home and comfortable. It's the most comfortable dentist chair I have experienced. Much better than the typical chair. I'm told that kids love this suite as they can watch cartoons, their own videos they bring, while their teeth are cleaned, etc. They are continually upgrading their practice as better equipment comes along.
    Heather and I were chatting as to how long I have come to Dr. Madden for my dental work. We counted 35 years as Dr. Madden has been our family dentist for myself, wife, and two kids when they were growing up and through college. I was one of his first patients when he opened his office here. I like his keeping up with dental technology, professionalism, personable attitude, and above all , he tells you like it is but lets you go at your own pace. I think that tells it all as to our family's satisfaction with Dr. Madden and his 'dental crew'...since 1977.
    This practice also has other dentists, male and female, to suit patient's preference. Over the years, Dr. Madden has had the knack for picking smart, personable, associates as his practice expanded.
