    I think they are very very reliable and compatant. I think they are very supportive of the customers if you can't wait for your car they will take you and drive you home or drop you where you are going. I usually drop it and walk over about a half a mile or so to the high school where I go swimming and then walk back but they so oh no we will drive you over there. They are very accommodating that way. And I also think that they don't find things just to make a profit, you gotta do this you gotta do that. I have always just kinda worried about that. They are one of the highest recommended services here in the area. They've always got that to brag about.

    Every time I go there the repair is done right. Stefan also listens to what I have to say about what's going on with the car. He's never given me an attitude because I'm a women in a auto repair facility. I trust his and Beth's opinion on the best way to repair the cars.

    The time before when I had my oil changed, they forgot to put in my sticker which reminds you to come back. I came back for that sticker. I got that put on which wasn't updated to reflect the mileage at the time of the oil change and a question answered. As I was leaving my tire pressure light came on, I went back in and he said the weather was causing this, then said I needed to have my tires re balanced. Never once did he check the tire pressure. Once before the problem with this tire pressure light ended up being that my spare tire on the back of my car was the one causing the issue. I brought that up to him and he still said I needed to have the tires balanced without checking their pressure.

    Took 45 minutes which is what they told me it would take to do. I drove to the Liviona location from Milford because they told me they could put on a hitch I had and didn't tell me I needed to find the bolts to attach it as another closer shop told me. They were polite and professional where other shops I called for quotes were not. I had previouly used Hitch House when they had another shop in Wixom.The only thing I had issue with was the amount they wanted for electrical harness ($150) and another shop did it for $80.

    Our RAV 4 was noisy from a problem with the exhaust system. I brought it to Pauls for an estimate. His original estimate was for $1400 even though the only problem was a rusted out muffler. Toyota has all of the components as one unit including the catalytic converter. We talked about an alternative of just replacing the muffler with an after market muffler and Paul thought they could do it. That same day he got the muffler and was able to put it in without much difficulty. I was able to save over $1000. I will use Paul again on my next auto repair.

    I had a great experience with the Jay Chevrolet service department two years ago. We had just moved from Florida and I needed a set of mud flaps due to the new found dirt roads we were exploring. I went in to purchase the accessories for my vehicle and asked if they could install them for me. They said and quot;sureand quot;, jumped in my truck and installed the accessories in 5 minutes. Then they ran the truck through their carwash and returned it to me looking perfect. I asked them how much for the installation and car wash. The service manager said and quot;don't worry about it, welcome to Michigan! We'll be here if you need us for anythingand quot;. That first impression brought me back to buy a vehicle.
    We were looking for something special in our next vehicle and met Jared Pfeiffer. Jared was great. I wasn't sure if I wanted a 2014 or a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. Once that decision was made, I wasn't sure about which options or the color I wanted. I changed my mind several times! Jared was very patient, picking up on my priorities as he searched all over the place to find the perfect match. He found exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. Believe it or not, the one he found was on a transport truck on the way to another dealership, but he got it for me.
    We're excited about our 2015 Suburban LTZ and look forward to more excellent service from Jay Chevrolet. If you're looking for a dealer that is professional, friendly, takes their time and works with you to find the perfect vehicle, this is the place.

    I dropped my car off at lunch, got a ride back home, and then picked the car up later that day. Everything went smoothly. They did exactly what they said, and had the car finished when they said it would be done. They even washed my car for me. Excellent experience!

    I am always satisfied with the amazing service from this dealer. It is run very well...from the moment you are greeted at your car when you drive in to their waiting room that is like no other dealership in Michigan. It includes a hair salon, restaurant and a gift shop so why else would I not come here!! I am so satisfied that I bought my 2013 Rav4 car (see my other review) from one of their and quot;sisterand quot; dealerships knowing that I can have my vehicle serviced at this locale.

    When I got in the car after the "repair' was done, I turned on the fan and it worked or didn't work shall I say exactly like when I brought it in!!??   When I brought it to the attention of the service attendant, he said "oh I guess you'll have to bring it back".     Ok...not an inconvenience of my time.   I returned to have it repaired and he said, "oh I'm afraid that will cost you another $130 +/- more to have it done".    I said no thank you and left.     This dealer has given me problems before whereby they kept my car all day - than informed me it wouldn't be available until the next day.   I didn't have another vehicle available to me so I requested a rental at the dealer's cost.   They agreed and I got a rental.   A month later I was charged for the rental because Hines Park hadn't paid Enterprise so it reverted back to me.   After a couple month's of my calling, it was resolved.   Not very professional.   When I went to make my selection for a new car between the Toyota Rav4 and the Ford Escape, I made part of my decision based on the experiences I had with the two dealers.

    After many visits and as many trial runs with the various models, helped me select and locate the one that was right for me.   Love the new car.   They followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure I was satisfied with the car.   I took it back because I didn't understand how to work "Toyota Entune"  and an associate helped me out to my satisfaction.   I already am scheduled for my first maintenance service.   Overall, La Fontaine is an excellent well organized dealer.   Read on to my other comments for La Fontaine and my Vibe.
