AJay ChevroletI had a great experience with the Jay Chevrolet service department two years ago. We had just moved from Florida and I needed a set of mud flaps due to the new found dirt roads we were exploring. I went in to purchase the accessories for my vehicle and asked if they could install them for me. They said and quot;sureand quot;, jumped in my truck and installed the accessories in 5 minutes. Then they ran the truck through their carwash and returned it to me looking perfect. I asked them how much for the installation and car wash. The service manager said and quot;don't worry about it, welcome to Michigan! We'll be here if you need us for anythingand quot;. That first impression brought me back to buy a vehicle.
We were looking for something special in our next vehicle and met Jared Pfeiffer. Jared was great. I wasn't sure if I wanted a 2014 or a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. Once that decision was made, I wasn't sure about which options or the color I wanted. I changed my mind several times! Jared was very patient, picking up on my priorities as he searched all over the place to find the perfect match. He found exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. Believe it or not, the one he found was on a transport truck on the way to another dealership, but he got it for me.
We're excited about our 2015 Suburban LTZ and look forward to more excellent service from Jay Chevrolet. If you're looking for a dealer that is professional, friendly, takes their time and works with you to find the perfect vehicle, this is the place.

ALAFONTAINE AUTO GROUPAfter many visits and as many trial runs with the various models, helped me select and locate the one that was right for me. Love the new car. They followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure I was satisfied with the car. I took it back because I didn't understand how to work "Toyota Entune" and an associate helped me out to my satisfaction. I already am scheduled for my first maintenance service. Overall, La Fontaine is an excellent well organized dealer. Read on to my other comments for La Fontaine and my Vibe.
