    I have taken lessons with 3 other piano teachers (including my grade school teacher) eventually quitting due to lack of progress, or interest.
    It sometimes take awhile to find the right match between you and your instructor.

    Lou combines playing with theory, according to the musical piece I are learning, rather than teaching the two separately, This has kept it interesting because I can apply the theory right away. I find this method stimulating in a way that makes me want to practice. He is very encouraging.

    I am very comfortable with Lou and feel motivated after lessons.
    He has ALWAYS responded to my emails in a timely manner and lessons are fun.
    Lou is a very talented, professional individual who gears lessons to my goals. He is a brilliant man, yet very humble.
    I feel fortunate to have found him and it's also nice to not have to leave my home for lessons!

    Took the TV to them and paid $50 for the repair tech to find out why the set was not turning on. They came back with an explanation and a repair cost of $388. We took the TV home and contacted LG who offered to repair the set for free since it was less than two months out of warranty. Ernie Krygier came out and fixed it. It took only 15 minutes for the serviceman to determine the cause and order the part . The next day he returned with the part and replaced the old one in about 10 minutes. We looked up the repair part using the part number on the old one and found that it cost $68 on line. I will definitely never take anything back to Steve's TV and VCR!

    The repair went extremely well. The serviceman was polite and professional. The response time in getting the part and finishing the repair was fantastic. We have used them in the past for repairs on our Samsung microwave and refrigerator. Plan to use them for all repairs, warranty or not.

    He was excellent, I can't say enough good things about him. He takes pride in his work. He did some extra things, and made them look great. He showed up on time, and promised to come back if needed. He even mailed the warranty out for me.

    There is nothing I like about them and I have had a lot of problems with AT&T in general. I have six cell phones on their plan and it is so hard to switch that I have just stayed with them. They are pretty bad, I also have my home phone and it has been a pretty miserable experience. They are the worst and I have contacted them to make a complaint many, many times. One of my old lines created some static from a wind storm a few months ago and it still isn't fixed five months later. I pay for the line but cant even use the one phone and we thought about cutting it off since AT&T  wont fix it. I don't think AT&T  have service people anymore or the crews they used to have. It is very frustrating because they refuse to fix it. We are going to shut the line off because we cant use the phone. We do have to keep using them because unfortunately the cell phones have contracts. I do plan on reducing my cost with them. They have been to the house two or three times and each time they leave a not at the door saying the problem has been resolved. I don't know what they do but they don't fix the phone.

    I've been with Verizon with many years.  The product is very good and they don't drop calls but the administrative portion isn't very good when you have to get ahold of them for some reason.  The technology works well and I don't have a problem with that but anytime I have to interact with them on an administrative level it is not convenient.

    AT&T U-Verse
    The installation was free but there are monthly charges. They did a good job; the second time around they were some miscommunication between their marketing persons and their actual technicians. They marketed a service that wasn't actually available so it took them two installs but when they actually did it, it was fine. In the end it worked out.

    the estimator came exactly when the appointment was set, she was extremely polite and knowledgable. She explained everything to me and went over all services. The gentlemen which came and picked up everything were similarly punctual. Our belongings were handled carefully. When everything came back they had obviously been handled well, there was no damage and all items were accounted for. the company worked with us on the delivery time, they actually wanted to come early in the day and easily agreed to come later in the morning. Had a very good experience with them.
