    Told them machine was showing code that door switch was bad. 1st appointment they showed up without part and verified it needed a switch. Service tech informed me they aren't allowed to schedule follow up appointments less than five business days out. Due to bad replacement part a master control board was tried a week later but not needed. Finally another week later installed good door switch but failed to remove charge for control board from my charge card. The entire process took over a month from my initial call.

    Great! Turns out we didn't have a problem after all. Price quoted was price charged. I did have to wait a week, but it was well worth it. What I didn't know, is that they warranty their work for 90 days. I would definitely use them again.

    We started in the end of summer and finished out probably in September or so.  It looks pretty nice.  Most of them were subcontractor and I think for the most part everybody did a nice job.  They were accommodating coming out and measurements.  They worked around our schedule.  I thought it was a good price for what we got.  We looked at probably three or four other cabinet places and they had the best price for the product from what we could find out.  We looked at putting granite in and then we started looking up quartz and decided that it was a better investment for the quartz and it wasn't that much more expensive from them.  Quartz is a pretty high end surface so I rate them very high on the quality of the product.  They did pretty well with responsiveness.  We had some issues to begin with and they got those things ironed out.  Once we got everything coordinated, things went well.  They were punctual and they were here when they said they were going to be here.

    The service man was very responsive, competent and professional once GE finally delivered the parts for this 7 year old dishwasher. Based upon the very slow response by GE we will not be purchasing GE appliances in the future but we will use Ernie Krygier SVC if needed in the future.

    Brubakers Plumbing and Heating

    ���Brubakers provided deficient services and products. Their customer service if horrendous and their attempts are simply to gouge their customers. Upon having a quote to perform work that was intended after the work was completed the quote was changed with additional 2,000 dollars. This was added according to Justin because of extra work -- this was inaccurate - if he paid any attention these were agreed upon before. I have reason to believe he is incompetent. This and quot;additionaland quot; charges were performed twice on two seperate quotes. It has been 1 year since the implementation of the fireplaces and they still dont work!!! In calling Justin he advised me that he would have to do a charged service call. When I called the office to speak to him today to complain he was uncertain to the service call? I have to say he is the most incompetent sales/service person I have ever dealt with. . I would never recommend this company for any of their services and there are plenty of other honest and better companies in the midland, saginaw area that would outpace Brubakers.���

    The repair went extremely well. The serviceman was polite and professional. The response time in getting the part and finishing the repair was fantastic. We have used them in the past for repairs on our Samsung microwave and refrigerator. Plan to use them for all repairs, warranty or not.

    Steve was quiet and professional, I found out he has worked for Timm's for about 30 years. We also asked about a problem we were having with our washing machine not finishing a cycle sometimes and instead of pushing us to replace the entire electronic controller he said we should try leaving it unplugged for while so it could reset. But he did take down all the washer information so he could order the part if we needed it.
    We wanted to pay with a credit card and they don't do mobile credit, but said I could call the office an pay over the phone which was very quick and not a problem at all.
    Timm's is a quality operation and I am glad they are providing quick service in my town!

    On 7-29-13 Mr. Kline moved my stove/range to diagnose a problem, and when he moved the appliance back, it ripped and warped my new vinyl floor. He did not use any equipment to protect my flooring , and used a fair amount of force when moving the appliance which resulted in damage to my property. He also failed to tell me that the malfunctioning part was covered under a recall and was going to charge me for the said part. The entire job should have been free under warranty/recall, but he charged me $70, which I paid without knowing the damage had been done. After calling the manufacturer, I got the stove fixed for free (covered under recall), and this second repairman used proper equipment (sliders) to protect my (already damaged) floor. I noticed the damage after this repairman moved my appliance out gently on the sliders. When I contacted Mr. Kline for compensation for the damage, he stated and quot;you better get yourself a really good lawyer because you can't prove I did itand quot; and was rather belligerent on the phone. I must also note that Mr. Kline disconnected one of the burners on my stove and stated it was safe to use. Due to the recalled part malfunctioning, the wires were still live. The second repairman told me that my stove was left in a very unsafe condition and could have caused a fire. The manufacturer also told me to unplug and not use the appliance until the part is replaced.
    I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They resolved the complaint without lowering this business' rating, even though I have not been compensated for property damage.
