    In the beginning, the owner seemed very respectful and helpful.  we were even appreciative of her compassion during a difficult time when our one dogs needed to be put down.  However, as the months went by, she became very rude in her comments regarding our family's desire to breed our new dog in the future.  She berated my husband in our own house, voicing her own opinions in a demeaning manner.  We pretty much ignored what she said, thinking she was just passionate in her opinions.
    We continued to use her service, and there were times when she wouldn't close a door completely and set off our security alarm system and the police were called to the house, she would send incorrect invoices, she would claim to provide 10 minutes of potty break service but would enter and exit the house within 7-8 minutes. She DID give us a discount on our daily rates, but had stated in the beginning it was because we lived so close to her. she never tried to re-negotiate the daily rate.  she also claimed to discount our Vacation In House sitting invoice, but her contract stated the same amount she billed. I didn't make a big deal out of any of that,  but when we decided we no longer wanted to use her potty break service she became aggressive and mean.  I had signed a contract in the beginning which never stated she required a 2 week notice for termination of services.  I gave her 72 hours notice of cancellation.  Her response was it was good because she was going to give us notice of termination the following day.  She then proceeded to tell me that she had already filled the one week spot for the two week notice and that I would just owe her for the one week.  Upon receiving her invoice, I deducted the one week she claimed that I owed her for, sent her a copy of the contract I signed and a letter that stated I was not going to pay her for that week.  she then wrote me a very disturbing, lengthy, and very unprofessional  email whereby she claimed she had "emailed a copy of the revised Policies and Procedures over a year ago."  I did not receive this email, and even if I had, I did not sign a new revised contract.  She proceeded to berate me about how she was sending me to collections, that I was a bad pet parent, how she gave me large discounts (they were minimal), that my dogs were out of control and bad, that I did not appreciate her, that I didn't properly clean up my yard (it was winter), that SHE had terminated the service, and had never had to terminate a clients service prior to me.   but I HAVE found a very similar negative review at YP.com where she treated a client similarly to the way she treated me, but only upon request for termination.   If this review helps even one person avoid the problems I have gone through with this woman and her company; this review will be worth it.
