They, charge you full price for the furniture and decor you choose, but make a commission on the top due to an industry “trade discount” they have with that store. We, give you OUR discount that we personally get, anywhere from 15-25% with the stores you love, thus saving you more money.

Either do the service yourself or find another local service provider. They do not represent John Deere properly, as they should.

ATuff Turf MolebustersI never would have found Tuff Turf Molebusters without Angies list. Not sure their corporate name would have drawn me to them for general lawn feeding. However, they had a promotion on Angie's list and I decided to give them a try. Overall, I obtained good results. By the end of the season the grass was much greener and fuller than it had been in years. There were a couple of occasions where I needed to consult with Tuff Turf and they were always cordial and professional. I will definitely be using them again next season.

DSummit Landscape Mgmt IncSpent over 1 hour with 2 separate employees. 1 - irrigation division and 1 tree service division. Although they promise to have estimates to me within a couple day, after a week there was still no communication from either. Had to start from the beginning with a different company. Would not recommend at all

FD K LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENTI spoke multiple times with Kim, and she committed to doing our spring cleanup either "Saturday or Monday." Both days came and went with no one showing up, and no phone calls. I called multiple times thereafter to find out what was happening and they never returned a call. I ended up having to do the cleanup myself because it was too late to hire anyone else after waiting for D K.

FTwin Lakes Nursery, IncI contacted Twin Lakes Nursery in order to get a quote from them for landscaping, a retaining wall, grass, and drain tile as we just finished building our home. My initial phone conversation went okay aside from the fact that they tried to get me to go elsewhere for drain tile before they even came out to our home. They also told me that they were booked quite a few weeks out which was okay with me based on what the quote came back as. At that time, we setup an appointment for them to come out and give us estimates on our home.
A week later on the day they were supposed to come out to the house to discuss options with us, get measurements of the yard, and all the other items necessary for a good quote, they called me up and said they were not going to come and that I should find service elsewhere. They said due to my time frame, they didn't think they could help me, even though I told them from the beginning that yes, we WOULD like the items to be done by August, but based on cost and other options we were willing to wait...thus setting up the meeting in the first place.
I don't have a problem with them being busy, but to not even come out to give us an estimate, or to wait until the day of to call someone and tell them this, was very unprofessional to me. This came as a huge surprise to me based on all of the other great reviews they have received in the past.
Hugely disappointed with this company, and I will not be recommending them to anyone looking for yard service. There are far to many quality landscaping companies out there to have to deal with this.

AH A Irish Tree SvcThey laid sheets of plywood down where they had to drive their equipment so they didn't damage my yard. They cut the tree down and chipped the branches and took the big logs with them. Then they ground the stump down below ground level. When they were all done, I had a patch of dirt in the yard where the tree was and my yard was cleaner than when they got there.

DRainWater Lawn CareThe quoting process was very difficult. We had a hard time getting on the same page in terms of design and overall vision for what the space was supposed to look like even though the other contractors we had quote the job had no problems in this way. Originally the project was supposed to be a hand dig, but Jimmy decided to rent an excavator to shorten the job without increasing the price of the quote. Once the job started everything seemed to be going well. Around the third day Jimmy came to us and said that the excavation was taking longer than expected and that he needed more money to rent his excavator for another day to keep him from having to hand dig and extend the project by a week or so. Later in the installation we had some problems with the other workers he had hired to help him not wanting to listen to the way the way I wanted the walls built. I did not like that he does not always use the same workers on his jobs so you are never sure what you are going to get with him. The real problems were after the job was over. During the placement of one of the foundation stones for one of the walls a sprinkler line had gotten cracked. It was obvious that Jimmy did not really want to come back and do warranty work based on his grouchy mood, even though I had already taken the wall apart and fixed the line (4 hours of work) he broke just trying to make sure that the damage was caused by him and not either by me or by normal wear and tear. All he needed to do was re build the wall I had already taken down (about 10-20 stones) instead of tearing down and fixing the sprinkler and then re building. Then when I asked him if he would cut a few pieces of stone for me, which I had already measured and marked, he said he would charge me $30 to make the cut and said he was insulted that I would ask him to use his expertise for free, even though I had done work that he should have done. He got angry at me and really started to give me an attitude and I asked him to leave. I had noticed traces of this attitude during the project but never expected him to blow up like he did. I will never hire him again and I am very disappointed with his level of professionalism and customer service.- THOMAS S.
