    He gave my disabled husband several referrals, which all of them said we can not help you.  So instead of making another visit to their so called circle of friends I found specialists myself without the help of this Dtr or his office help.  I guess he didn't like that, said he was not involved in my husbands care therefore he didn't need a primary care dtr anymore.  For a dtr to say, I don't work for you who do they work for.....Maybe the insurance company.  Husbands truck broke down and he missed his appt, he showed up afterwards and made another appt for the following monday.  Dtr sent out a certified letter on Friday afternoon basically saying I feel I can no longer have a working relationship with you therefore we are dropping you as a patient.  Needless to say, the certified mail was not mailed out in enough time to receive prior to his appt.  So he shows up for his appt, and was told in front of all the people in the waiting room.....didn't you get out letter, we are refusing to see you anymore.
    I heard he has done this to many patients, when clients are easy and not challenging he will keep you.  But don't let him have a bad day, as if you say one thing that p***** him off he will drop you. Since when can you not question a Dtr.,  BEWARE, you have been WARNED!!!!  STAY AWAY from this Organization
    He is an affliate with Capital Internal Medicine Associates, which is my next complaint.  I called them to complain, and no one from that office had the decency to return my phone call.

    The biggest thing that stands out to me is the provider I speak to, her name is Vita Klott. She is very approachable, very easy to talk to, very interested in whatever is going on, she takes time to listen and and is very helpful. I would recommend them because they are willing to take the time to listen to what is going on and resolve the issue that I have. I don't feel like I am being rushed in, and rushed out for the next patient.

    Dr. Meyer schedules many patients during each time slot, so the wait is typically between 15 and 45 minutes, depending on where your name appears on the sign-in sheet. He always greets me positively and provides excellent foot care. He is very professional in his dealings with patients.

    They don't refill the prescriptions, over the phone; so I had to go over and see the doctor. Everything was fine. I had no complaints. I have been going there for many years. They have all my records and they know me.

    Went very well. The time slot was very important to me, the staff was flexible and I was able to select a time. Physicals are not the most lovely thing, but I was made to feel comfortable - Janet was very professional.

    I called the office and was told that my grandmother could not be seen since she was not a patient. I drove her to the office and got the doctors attention, he stopped what he was doing and had me bring her in. He has always told me that if I needed anything to let him know. Dr. Owens meant that, he took great care of my grandmother despite her being from out of town w/ no chance of ever being a client.
    The staff was acting as gate keepers and were probably given instructions on non clients.
    Bad thing is the wait time to schedule an appointment. sometimes you may be sick and they don't have opening for 4-5 days.

    Staff was great to me even though I was not the birthing parent. My wife was delivering our third child. I was concerned about several things and my wife had certain demands, I presented all the needs and questions to the staff and they worked hard to answer and please all demands.

    Overall, it was a great experience...except for one crucial issue...time. Two hours, most of this time spent the waiting room then in the appointment room. In fact, I had to hurry my actual appointment because I had a work meeting I needed to attend. In fact, for a follow-up the doctor was extremely late (more than an hour past my appointment time) again (luckily I was sure not to schedule anything in the afternoon). Again, I think Dr. Royster is a great doctor, very conscientious, clear and receptive. But, if you don't have an entire afternoon to devote to a check-up, I would go elsewhere. I have also had issues with billing (no bills for weeks then a collection threat for a copay of 20.00).

    She always reviews my meds and asks how I have been since last visit. She is friendly and positive, beginning always w/ a handshake. She looks at me and answers my queries as well as adds info. She will prompt me to follow my healthcare and be pro-active. I am very pleased to have her as my physician.

    Dr. Meyer is excellent. I love him. He is absolutely wonderful. He is very skilled and a very gifted doctor. I only keep doctors that I like, if I don't like them, I get rid of them and Dr. Meyer is just excellent. He is also a part of the wound management team of a hospital here. Dr. Meyer is extremely nice and it is not just a patient-put-on thing, even the staff tells me that he is always nice. He is good to his staff and he is good to his patients. He gave me his home phone, his cell phone, and all the office phone numbers, and told me to call him if I had any questions, without caring what time it was. His partner got sick and he has been doing a double duty since the last year, taking care of his partner's patients, so I have to wait a little bit but it is well worth the wait. The staff is fine. I never had any trouble whatsoever with the billing. I wouldn't go to anybody else but him.
