    The Front point alarm system was easy to install and activate. Customer service has been outstanding!! They're always patient and helpful. Our system has worked  as advertised without glitches. All alerts regarding arming and disarming are sent promptly. The ability to monitor our home from  any location  gives us a tremendous sense of security! Honestly, we have no complaints. We would highly recommend Frontpoint  to anyone interested in securing their home.

    Woke up one morning after unusually hard rain to discover my drywall ceiling was hanging down due to water damage.  I immediately called my insurance agent, and my next call was to Paul Davis Restoration.  I spoke with one of their project managers about what had happened and arranged for him to come see the damage.  He promptly submitted an estimate to our insurance company. 

    Unfortunately our insurance company had a deluge of claims due to the storm and was slow to respond.  I called Paul Davis a few days later and was told that the project manager who submitted the estimate was on vacation.  We were assigned to another project manager, and the transition to him was seamless.  He knew exactly what had been submitted to our insurance company and followed up with them.  Paul Davis' project manager stayed in contact with me to make sure we knew the schedule of the work to be done.  All the repairs were completed in a short period of time.  Quality of workmanship to repair, re-texture and repaint the ceiling was excellent. 

    We've worked with Paul Davis before, and always been satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship.  I highly recommend them.

    They came out and gave us an initial estimate.  The initial estimate was way over priced but after talking it over with them we made several decisions that were right for our situation.  The company did not push any service on us and worked very well with us.  They came out and performed the water extraction from our carpet in the basement.  The workers were very professional and courteous.  We were initially over charged and they sent us our reimbursement check right away with an apology letter.  We will definitely give this company our business again if needed.

    We were completely satisfied with Sunrise and would recommend them without reservation to anyone requiring abatement services.

    We contacted Sunrise on Thursday June 2nd and their first response team was at our house the same day. The initial response team did a thorough inspection of the entire lower level of the house to make a preliminary determination of the extent of the damage. The next morning Sunrise set up a containment/airlock/decontamination chamber to isolate any airborne contaminates from the remainder of our home. Once the abatement chamber was complete the work crew began the task of abating the ruined carpet, carpet pad, and baseboards. The required dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubber were installed and started up. Once the area was cleaned another inspection for mold and water damage hidden behind the drywall was completed. Sunrise performed regular monitor checks to determine the progress of the abatement effort. 

    The Sunrise work crews were very professional in performing their duties and showed great respect for our house. It should be noted that they were very good at answering all of our questions and made it a point to keep us appraised of what they were doing throughout the entire process.

    Came home to discover that water was filling up in the window well six inches above the bottom of the window and was pouring inside and soaking into the carpeting, (found out later that the window well drain had clogged up). Had used Sunrise services before in purchasing the condo when I discovered it had a mold problem. They arrived 45 minutes after my call and extracted the water and left behind two large dehumidifiers and several large fans. After five days the carpet and pad was found dry by sue of a moisture meter. The condo association insurance paid the first $1,00 and the association paid the balance of the bill.
