    Choice Home Warranty
    Once a company was found to do the work, it took 2 days to get them to perform the requested work, however it took 3 days for Choice Home Warranty to find a company that would do the work. On the first day of the service request Choice Home Warranty was already notifying me that I could find my own company and have them do the work; the catch to this is that they do not reimburse the full amount if you do this and in most cases it is less than half of what I would have paid. This was my first claim, and frankly I am not impressed. Every email that I sent was answered cut and paste right out of a play book; I have the multiple emails from different respondents that are exactly the same word for word. When I called their hotline to request an update, I was immediately referred to their web page "for faster service". When I finally did get to speak with someone, it was an overseas call center; very difficult to understand due to the background noise, and a partial language barrier.

    Was helping a lady who rolled her car and these guys showed up and towed her car upside down. This guy told the woman her car was a complete loss and didnt want to work with her insurance. Her car was not a complete loss...cosmetic damage and a couple windshields...either way thats her choice how she handles that with her insurance. Wanted the money...$250...for 10 mins of work that the driver didnt want. She was in the process of having her insurance handle the wrecker service. These guys were all about the money and wanted to take her car to their shop...not hers. Couldnt believe how they tried to swindle this woman. Guy didnt like it when i confronted him and got down right vulgar to me in front of this nice lady who was so badly shaken. Called the cops because he didnt like it. Cops didnt do anything because free speech is protected thankfully. Wasted two sheriffs and a state troopers time that could have been helping where it was actually needed. I've got it all on dashcam and will be posting publicly. Stay away from these con artists!

    I have been going Woodwards for years! Always had good service and good price. Unfortunately after my last service work there, the mechanic failed to properly install my oil filter and cap....draining the motor and burning it up on the test drive! The owner Greg is refusing to take care of replacing the motor and the insurance company will only pay out $5200... I purchased the vehicle less then 2 years ago for $6500 and have put $8,200 into repairs in the last year. I'm getting screwed out of the $14000 i have invested into this vehicle and it is my daily work vehicle. I will be asking this to court to settle!

    Purchased a replacement vehicle for our son in May. Prior to driving out of state we asked if the vehicle had been inspected and if any lights were on in the vehicle, we were told by Alex the salesman that the vehicle had been inspected and no lights were illuminated in the vehicle and only 2 tires had to be replaced, which they we’re doing prior to the sale. Upon arrival, the tire light was illuminated in the vehicle and the trunk release button was missing. Alex assured us that their service department would detail the car, make sure the light was off and order the part for our trunk release button while we worked on the sales paperwork. When finished, Alex said their service department couldn’t figure out how to get the light to turn off and could take it to any tire shop to get that turned off. He also said the trunk release button would be mailed to our home and that was written into the sales contract. 3 weeks go by, no part. So we continued to call and both the service and sales department blamed each other for dropping the ball and not ordering the part. 2 weeks later, we receive the WRONG part. We took the car to a tire shop and are advised that the reason the light won’t turn off is because the two tires the dealership replaced didn’t have Tom sensors! We again reached out to the dealership to try to resolve the issue. They never sent the correct missing part and the sales manager, refused to rectify the two missing tpm sensors. Worst customer service ever.

    He did a thorough job to make sure every thing was out of the tank. Much better than others in the past. He also started right away on digging out the old access cover even though he didn't have the new cover with him. He came back 2 days later and completed the job. Looks great when he got done.
