    Apex Roofing
Fabulous! Pat Davidson came out to give me a quote within 24 hours of listing with Angie's List. Quote was in line with other 2 contractors, but the contract was much more specific and inclusive of what we needed. We werre listing the house and needed it ASAP. Apex was on the job the next day! A team of 7 men finished the job by dinner time. All were punctual and worked hard all day. Bravo Apex!

    Richards Roofing
I called Richard's Roofing immediately because they replaced my roof 25 years ago and I am aware of their continued quality of work and service. There was an insurance claim involved and they worked with me and my insurance company to expedite the work as soon as possible. It was another pleasant experience with everyone involved from the salesman to the roofers who were a pleasure to have around who did the excellent job I expected. What was initially a very stressful situation with a partially exposed roof turned out to be a quick solution with their professionalism.

    Kroll Construction Co
We hired Kroll Construction on October 31, 2016. We hired them to replace a regular roof with shingles and two flat roofs. We were promised that the work on all three roofs would be completed within 2 to 4 weeks. They finally came out about 6 weeks later and only completed the shingled roof, the day before the first snow storm of the season. The workers told us that they were not able to get the flat roofs done because the temperature had to be over 38 degrees in order for the adhesive to set. We called the office on the next business day and they said that this was true and that they would be able to get the flat roofs done in January on one of the warmer days. They never made any attempt to come out in January. Finally, in March one of the workers called to say he was coming out the following day to do the flat roofs and to call if there was an issue. He had already dropped off the supplies when we got the message. We checked the temperature and it was only going to be in the teens the day he wanted to do the roof. We called him and requested that he reschedule for a warmer day, as there were going to be 60 degree days later on in the week. He was very rude about it and refused to reschedule. He just wanted to argue about rescheduling and kept repeating that he was a professional. So we called the owner to complain and request that one of his other crew members perform the work, as we felt he was very unprofessional with his people skills. So we waited for months (although we had requested updates since we hired them) before we finally got a call from the owner in June making up excuses saying that he cant do the work. These two roofs went through fall, winter, and spring leaking and now theyre refusing to do the work because hes claiming the one is too damaged for them to work on, even though they are a construction company. If the roof is too damaged now its their fault for letting it sit so long. They should have told us from the get go that they would not be able to complete the work before it got too cold. This was poor time management on Kroll Constructions part. They knew that these roofs had to be done before it hit a certain temperature and they waited until it was too cold before they came out. To top it all off, the owner only wanted to reimburse us $800, when these two roofs would easily cost us at least $1500 to be replaced anywhere else. He asked us to send him quotes via email, which we shouldnt have to since we had a signed contract. My wife found one that we still had and emailed it to him and we never heard anything back. We sent follow up emails and never received a response. I called the owner a couple times and he never called back. Weve been in limbo since Halloween. We are very disappointed with Kroll Construction and regret choosing them over another company we were going to use.

They advertise periodically in the magazine. They did a fine job. Their price was excellent. I had several quotes. They were the cheapest, and they did a fine job. They had to delay it, they had a limited crew or something. Maybe that wasn't their fault but they didn't get here when they were suppose to. Unfortunately, the delay caused them to be putting my roof on one day in the rain. If they would have done it when they were supposed to it would of been on time and not have to work in that weather. That is not under their control with the crews availability or whatever. That was a little disappointing but they got it done right, so it's okay. They were professional people.

    Richards Roofing
It ended up getting delayed a bit because the shingles didn?t come in, and the weather didn?t cooperate. They ended up getting everything taken care of, and asked me to let them know if there are any issues that result from it. I also needed some extra work done on my gutters, which they subcontracted out; but everything went fine. They were a little sloppy covering everything during the storms, but it all looks fine so far. Jim wrote the estimate over a year ago, and was willing to honor it. His handout was fantastic, with references I could call. I had gotten about 3 other estimates who were much higher, but I chose Jim. I would recommend him to anyone.

    American Standard Roofing
From the quoting visit through completion and being paid, the company showed great professionalism and knowledge. I did not have to pay anything until the job was complete and inspected. In fact, I didn't pay anything until over a week after the job was complete. My home is a typical Warren ranch and required about 27 squares of shingles. The delivery of shingles came at 8:00am and the job was complete by 4:00pm. I had 6 other quotes from other companies, but only American Standard gave me an option as to the brand of shingle I could have installed (price varied by brand). I am very happy all around with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof!

    Victors Roofing
Less was included in the $275 Tune-up than I expected. Ended up charging me for almost all real repairs including sealing chimneys, etc...
The work seems to have been done well, but the technician did not seem very knowledgeable and I personally feel like the services were over-priced. I would probably go with another company if I had a chance to do it over.

    NorthWest Construction LLC
The process was simple and easy. We signed and approved the quote. They were going to start the project the week after; but they started the same week, after they noticed the weather was more favorable then. They completed the project within (3)  working days. We had some additional expenses because more woods were found to be rotten.
The quote from NorthWest was competitive with other companies. Gary, the representative from NorthWest was responsive, fast and courteous.
I would definitely consider Northwest for future projects; and recommend NorthWest to others.

Originally a person completed all the work but did not return to finish off caulking. But the company  made it right and came to complete the job. I am very impressed with the both of the owners professionalism and they are really easy to work with.

My bathroom is 5 x 8. They put in a dropped ceiling; it is not level and crooked. The paint is seeping through because they rushed the job. I have to purchase more paint to complete the work. The caulk job was horrible. There is gap in the molding (air bubbles in the drywall that they painted over). The first week that the bathroom was finally done- the tub faucet came lose. The towel bar fell off the door. The floor does not appear to be level. They took out a chimney. They also did the gutters. The plaster is bubbling from leaking. Dean, the owner, does not answer any calls. When they put the threshold in the bathroom- he didn?t buy a big enough piece and you can see the floor where the carpet doesn?t butt up against the tile. They came back and put in a 2 inch gold transition strip. They also used low-grade everything (from the light fixture to the faucet). It was overall a horrible experience.
