    The serviceman was awesome!! Prompt time (within the hour!) and took a total of 15 minutes to find blockage. Very pleasant and courteous service and Nick didn���t charge me extra for removal of blockage����. Would definitely used them in the future.

    I have an agreement for appliance repair, that is like policy. That does not cover air duct cleaning. It is a bundled coverage. The furnace I had was about 25 years old. They actually condemned my furnace. It worked all right and the air conditioner was all together. They wrote me a quote. They contract with people in the various professions to fix appliances and so on. They reviewed the status of my furnace and since it's so old they can't get parts and they said it could fail and it has to be replaced. I would do research on several estimates before I got the repair. I have a monthly charge for that day for this coverage. He came and asset it and wrote up an assessment and away they went. They are very professional. They came when they said they were going to come. When you call for service you never get the same people twice. It gave me an idea of what it would cost to replace my furnace, and A/C. I didn't have choice to us them again. I call them and they pick someone who is close to my home and then that company will call me. Then we will set up an appointment, then they will come and assess it and fix it or whatever.

    When Dan arrived to my house I let him in my back door so he could go directly downstairs instead of walking through my house .  (snow)  When he was downstairs he never turned on a light but I did mention that we were involved in the flood this past August.  He asked me to come downstairs because there was a problem.  I needed to carry my grandson down the stairs and he was talking to me as I was doing so.  
    I missed a couple of steps and down we went.  Dan saw and heard us, asked if we were ok.  I exclaimed very emotionally NO I'M NOT OK, look at my foot.  he proceeded to go out to his van to make a call.  Came back in and said YEP I can't work on your machine.  Gave me details of what to do.  Then picked up his tool box and left.
    At no time did he ask if he could make a call or if he could get me a phone.  He left!!!!  He never assisted in giving me any help.
    Minutes later I realized I was truly in trouble and how was I going to get up the stairs with the grandson who at that time I did not know what his injury was or if any.  I knew my right foot was swollen and already turning colors.  My left foot didn't look as bad but I knew there was something wrong.  Using my left foot I was able to get upstairs to the phone while carrying my grandson (19 monhts old) .  I then called my husband & son for help.
    A few days later I was able to call to make a COMPLAINT to Sears regarding their serviceman.   They sent me to a few other lines.
    To make a long story short they denied my CLAIM.  I never said he was at fault for my fall just negligent for not assisting me.  A decent person would have asked to make a call or look for a phone.  
    As is my grandson was never injured but I broke my LEFT foot in 2 places and my right foot was badly sprained with torn legements.
    Dan denied that he didn't offer to make a call.  He claimed he came back into my home but I was already upstairs and made my own call.  
    I was not looking to make any money here.  My thought was to let the company know he was negligent in helping.  Maybe he was never trained in  emergency where someone had any type of problems while in his company.  
    I'm very sad that there has been no apology or explanation.  I hope that Dan never comes across someone having a seizure or a heart attack.  They will definitely DIE in front of him unless he has a conscience and will help this time.

    Greg originally came over for a free estimate. He provided a written estimate for three things that we needed done. We decided to go with the first two at this time.He gave one price  for if we provided our own garbage disposal or another price for if Creggar supplied it. We chose to use theirs and we are very satisfied. We will definitely have the third service done in the future which  is not as pressing. We need two sinks installed upstairs in the bathroom. He told us one price for if we use their sinks or another if we provide our own. I am looking forward to having that done soon.The only regret that I have is that we didnt do this sooner! There is nothing like the peace of mind of knowing that the pipes arent leaking and are done properly! We imagined a much higher price tag. There were no hidden surprises at the end.
     Greg was also very patient that I had made a mistake about the day I thought they were coming and wasnt as prepared as I would have been. Also, my phone wasn't giving me voicemails till later that day so I didn't get his call earlier that morning asking me about the garbage disposal. He also had to make a trip to home depot for a part. All of this certainly set him behind for the day but he was good about it.
    I really was delighted to be able to buy one of the $200.00 worth of plumbing for $111.00 ahead of time saving us $99.00.
    I will use this company again in the future and definitely recommend them to my friends and customers.

    Our washing machine wasn't spinning, therefore, not draining.
     I found Berkley Appliance on Angies List and set up an appointment for the next day. They gave me a range of between 1 and 5 o'clock and said they would call before they came. They said the service call would be 55.00 and they usually can fix things on the spot and carry parts on the truck.
    Mark, called and said he would be there in approximately 20 minutes. He arrived, and quickly discovered a broken switch but had to run back to the shop to get the part. He came back,  replaced the switch. and I was back in business.
    The service call was 55.00 as stated, part 39.50 and labor 58.00. He gave me a 5 percent discount. The total bill was $149.22.
    I was happy and he gave me a refrigerator magnet for future.
    Mark was fast, efficient,  friendly, knowledgeable. 
    I would recommend this company and definitely use them again in the future.

    repaired.  They were very polite over the phone, even when we called
    back to reschedule.  They arrived promptly and determined the washer
    needed replacing.  They didn't try to sell us an expensive repair.
