Customer service NIGHTMARE! Sold us a pump. Broke 2 months later. Pump returned to store. We were told was being shipped to manufacturer for repair/refund. Months later they informed us they had LOST the pump and as such would offer store credit for our inconvenience. Weeks go by and then they say they miraculously found the lost pump (even though they cannot produce it ok give back to me). Now they say since finding it they realize it was a closeout item and as such there would be no refund/replacement/store credit. This is absolutely NOT TRUE. It was not bought as a closeout. They admitted wrongdoing and then went back on their word months later after fixing me the run around saying my new pump was on the way.

Mike was great! He called to schedule an appointment, was on-time and was thorough in explaining repair. His pricing was reasonable and we worked quickly to get our spa repaired. Mike ordered the necessary parts and was back within a couple days to . We were very happy with his service & will definitely contact him again for any future repairs. We even ordered a new spa cover through him which he delivered within a couple weeks. We had used Viscount previously & their pricing was much higher and we were not happy with the service. I would definitely recommend calling Mike at All Spas Serviced if you need your spa repaired!

I have been trying to find someone to help me for WEEKS.  I just bought a house with a liner pool.  The previous owners stated it was fine and inspection in winter time went ok.  Well...the pool leaks about 1 inch a day.  Pure Water came out and tested the pressure lines and did a die test.  It was raining so it was hard to see.  They then came out a few days later when I was out of town to make sure the water wasn't getting to low.  They then came back 2 days later and spent 2.5 hours fixing the plumbing and trying to get a stripped screw out of the pool light.  They literally had to hang upside down.  In fact, when some of the guys couldn't get the screw out another guy came while he was "off the clock and driving by" to help.  Together they got it out.  They were very helpful and patient and I feel like I'm finally going to have a pool that works.  I called other places about the leak and they tried to charge me $550 just to come look and $225 an hour.  Another place was really very rude and frankly I didn't want to do business with someone like that.  Pure Water was very nice and understanding from the start.

He came out within the time frame promised, worked for 1 1/2 hours, and fixed it good as new; including replacing a part that affected the electronics, that we did not even know was bad.

We were quite surprised at the cost, since we thought it would have been much more.

Mike was very nice, friendly, and professional, and we truly appreciated him coming such a long way.

The young men who came out to install the liner, were prompt, friendly and professional.  They worked well together and it was obvious they knew their job.  They took time out to answer my questions.
When they left the pool looked great, and the entire area was cleaned no issues at all with their work.
My only issue was the price, I was quoted $500 to replace the liner and $300 for a water truck.  What I did not know until the day of was that the water truck would only partially fill the pool I had to finish filling it myself.   I agreed to the water truck with the wrong assumption that it would be cheaper than filling on my own.
Everything came at an extra cost: sand, screws, reveling a few posts (okay get that would be extra).  The plastic liner holders were extra, as was the sand and setting up of the filter.

We have had him out twice now for two different, unrelated service issues. Both services he was on time, professional, completed the job in a timely manner, made helpful suggestions/options to fixing the issues and came in under cost on what he quoted me on the first service job. The second service visit was he was right on budget what he quoted me. He is now considered my hot tub service professional! I could not recommend this person higher!

It was $200 for the pool opening and $125 for the closing. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. His promptness was not that great initially. He said he would be here on a Thursday and he didn't come until the following Friday or Saturday. He did an excellent job when he came. I would definitely recommend him but you need to be flexible about the date.

Very professional and polite. They did some planning for us, but in the end we could not have a pool due to a homeowner's association. But Kathy and Paul were very helpful and very understanding when the big problem arose.

We have an insulated wall in our pool. They told us they knew how to install a liner for these type of pools. When we opened our pool, after just one year of having the liner, it was torn away from the wall with multiple wrinkles.  Would not come back to fix it!!!!!!  Very disappointed. Had another company come out to take care of it.

Great. Called to make an appointment and was scheduled the following Saturday morning. Showed up promptly and closed everything down including adding winterization chemicals. Cleaned up behind themselves. Good experience, would recommend.
