ADRYmedic Restoration ServicesFantastically!!! This Company is excellent. They dealt with all the subcontractors for us and our insurance company. The level of service was superb. The addressed all of our needs in a timely and friendly manner. Our Project Lead, Michael, could not have been more responsive at addressing every question we had. The lead on the tear out crew, Alan, put our fears to rest. Jason, would led most of the reconstruction, had such knowledge and skill, we felt completely at ease. In fact, everyone on the crew treated our home as if it were theirs. We felt we were being cared for by friends instead of just a company out to make as much money as possible. We just can't say enough good things about this company. If you have a problem in your home, this is the place to go. They cleaned and emptied our finished basement, tore out a lot of the drywall and dried everything with dehumidifiers and fans and air purifiers. Fixed the pipe and then the reconstruction began. It was a long process, but they handled it as quickly and professionally as possible. Especially during COVID it's difficult to have people in your home, but they made us feel safe and took all precautions necessary.- Valerie W.

AMy Handyman of Ann Arbor, Saline, and ChelseaWe hired My Handyman of Ann Arbor to install subway tile for a 35 square ft area on a wall in our kitchen. Service Professional Kirk W. was on time, friendly, explained the process while working on this 2 day project. It turned our AMAZING and much better then if I would of attempted to do it myself. Moore communications were excellent, they showed up when they said they would, cleaned up at the end each day and worked with us throughout the entire process. They were responsive to our concerns and worked to address each one in a timely manner! I have already recommended to several friends and one signed up with them already for bathroom remodels. AMadera Building Company IncWe would not have been able to survive the pandemic if it was for the upgrades Marty and his team created. Madera is a professional, caring and awesome contractor. Marty made the entire process easy as can be with a complete kitchen and master bathroom. Always checking to make sure we were comfortable. Martine is awesome as well. AArtistic Construction & Design LLCWe had a leak underneath the shower and that triggered us to remodel entire bathroom. They stripped the room down to the studs and replaced a section of damaged sub-floor. Baseboard heat was rerouted and they created a decorative cover that works very well. Their tile work on the floor and wall was exceptional and results are very beautiful. They implemented all requests (like shower pan leak testing) and preferences without complaint. After the work was done, we found bathroom door had to be adjusted to close a small gap, and they came right away to make that adjustment. The final cost calculation went really quick with no hidden costs. The workers are very nice and conscientious about protecting our properity not under construction, cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimizing noise when needed to accommodate working from home. We will definitely consider this company for our next project.- Tomomi B.

AArtistic Construction & Design LLCCraig ordered replacement for 3 new cupboards. was able to do this during pandemic by using my photos and measurements. Old cupboards removed and new ones installed in about 5 hours. Look great. They even fixed the door to the laundry room. Were very respective of COVID restrictions during work.- Kay B.

We came to Craig with an image of what we wanted to complete our forever home and he was able to meet all of our requirements. We even referred him to my brother to have a bathroom finished. FScheduled a quote.... cancelled 30 min prior. Rescheduled again.... cancelled 30 min prior. Same excuse both times. Decided to reschedule just to see what would happen.... and they were a no-show. Expected it. Would never give my hard earned money to a company that strings you along!

FWe were supposed to be doing a full master bath remodel. Things started out very well. John was very responsive and helpful in the process, things seemed to be moving in a positive direction. We made some selections on countertops, tile, cabinets etc. I then tried to contact john multiple times with a couple questions on materials, and also to talk about a schedule and time frame to get the ball rolling. I would call, which he would not return. A day or two would go by and I would text asking if we could set up a time to talk about a schedule and getting started. Sometimes I would get no response, other times he would text back and say things like “ I’ll call you a little later on” or “I’ll call you in the morning” . Well, those calls never came. Maybe a couple days would pass and I would basically repeat the process with the same results. The time frame from first contact until now was roughly two months. I am very familiar with how construction works, as I work in the trades, and I have never seen such disregard from a contractor to a customer. I have opted to find another contractor for the job. I’m sure that he will have a different side to the story, but I have all the messages to back up my claim. Maybe I caught him at a bad time, but I guess he shouldn’t have committed to doing the project. Aside from being highly recommended from a few previous customers, I would not recommend this company to anybody. Wasted basically two months and I’m back to square 1.

FWe hired Tom and United Construction to come in and finish our 8-10 week renovation that was started a year ago. We let him know our previous contractor, Michigan Home Renovations and Construction, was not able to finish the job in a reasonable timeframe and the quality of their work was poor. We did not want a repeat experience and stressed quality, attention to detail, communication and scheduling. Now, sometimes you get a sign, and I got one and would have not hired him if we weren’t so desperate. In scheduling our initial meeting, he preferred early morning which was perfect for us. Someone over slept and missed the meeting, and it wasn’t me. That spoke volumes and really told us what was to come. We would never be a priority to him. Now we also know Tom misrepresented himself and took advantage of our situation. In his pitch he said he did most of the work on his jobs and would be onsite every day to ensure quality (actual: he was onsite one day to work, and another day to pick up a check and that was it). In his pitch he said he stressed his attention to detail (actual: as you can see, if I can attach photos, there was no attention to detail, our window trim is uneven/unfinished and in most spots not even touching the wall, among other missed details). In his pitch he said he’d ensure he’d be done by Christmas (actual: a month after Christmas, project not near completion). In his pitch he said they’d be working every day until completion (actual: workers called in sick multiple days which happens, but he also gave them a week off). In his pitch he said his cabinet rep would be one of the first people on site to evaluate the situation (actual: I believe to this day the cabinet rep has never stepped foot in our house). When I scheduled a meeting to discuss my frustrations, he cancelled at the last minute due to a bad back (which he didn’t get at our house) and was never heard from or seen again. I emailed, called, texted and received no response. I’d imagine that if you’re ever fortunate enough to be a priority for your contractor and not filler and take a back seat to every other job they have, your experience would be wonderful. That was not our case with Tom, who I believe flat out intentionally mislead us. Our bar is low, we only expect that you keep your word and do what you say you’re going to do. I will file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General’s office, and file a suit if we’re not refunded what we’re owed. I will keep my word.

AFrom deconstructing to the remodel these guys were great! I did have an issue w floor tiles going the wrong way, however, it wasn't a problem to me. All the guys were great and I'd highly recommend them so I'd recommend them highly. That's why I chose them.
