AFour Seasons Windows & RemodelingFour seasons was great! The workers were polite and professional and went above and beyond what they needed to do. When they were done, they cleaned up, picking up nails and pieces of siding and trim, despite the fact that there was snow on the ground. I tried to get multiple bids, but they were the only ones that were willing to reside my old house; I even had one company who refused to bid suggest I have Four Seasons do it!- Karen M.

APrecision Garage Door of Southeast MichiganTech's Terrance and Steve arrived on time and promptly started to work. In just minutes the old door was removed and strapped to the truck for removal. The folks kept right at it until the job was complete. Very professional workmanship and an overall excellent job. They finished with a though clean up and a through instruction session. Other than the beautiful new door you could have never even told they were here !! Sales, finance, installation setup dating, installation, clean up and instructions all a superb effort all the way around. After so many times with "well ya know" and an unfinished, incomplete job by contractors these folks will change your mind. They left no stone unturned and no corner cut short. ASuperior Home Building LLCJerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. ACarbon Construction CompanyMy husband and I had a great experience with Rick and the ENTIRE Carbon Construction crew! We highly recommend them and their work. After DIY-ing a number of projects in an 1890's farmhouse, we reached out to a few local contractors, seeking some professional, experienced help with a number of major structural changes in the back of the house: gutting a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room to create a spacious eat-in farmhouse kitchen with large picture windows and an 8 ft. door wall. We heard back from Rick quickly. Since we were investing a lot in materials (new windows, a door wall, siding, etc.), we were eager to explore what we could do in order to keep the project on budget, including doing the demo and finishing work ourselves. Rick was happy to discuss these options with us, and he laid out various options in a clear, detailed contract. This made it easy to proceed with confidence. What we most appreciated about working with Carbon is the fact that Rick is a straight-shooter. He's personable, communicative and honest, and he's assembled a team of loyal, talented builders over the years. Rick was easily reachable by phone or text. In his absence, we found his crew to be dependable, communicative, and thorough -- often going above and beyond to advise of things that, as first-time renovators, we would need to think about for the future: leveling the floor, advising us whether certain walls were load-bearing, installing siding to accommodate a future deck, etc. Were we ever grateful for their experience and advice! FI had set up a time to have a quote done for replacing the 30+ windows in my home. Following this I had a major home catastrophe as my water heater failed, flooding my finished basement. I spoke with a rep canceling the quote until I could make repairs from my home. I noted that I would give them a call as soon as I was done making repairs. The next day another rep called me wanting to push me into a quote that day as they had a staff member in the area. I calmly explained the situation to this rep for a second time. Today I received both an email and text message from a Pat asking me to reschedule that appointment. This company may provide a good service, but their customer service is garbage. Will get my future work done by Avalon, try focusing on the customer experience moving forward.
