  • Everyone from sales to service departments was courteous and very helpful with any questions I may have had. The service dept. was excellent with explanation of what would happen during the service and the price tag attatched to it.very knowledgeable and friendly at a price you can't beat. I will definitely use this provider in the future!!!

  • It went like crap! I contacted the parts department to see about the new ignition recall on ALOT of vehicles. Granted I understand there is no real fix yet, there is a repair description in place at the moment for temporary. It says "Dealers are to install two key rings and key covers on all ignition keys free of charge". So as I am halfway through reading this to him he interrupts me and tells me "there is nothing we can do right now as the status is incomplete!" He used a very stern voice. At this point I said fine I will just call GM regarding your service and denial to put customers in the number one running spot. Its probably because it is a recall and they don't want to lose a drop of money. Always has been an over priced crappy garage and half the time don't fix what is really the problem, instead take you around the problem so you keep coming back.

  • The whole process went much easier than I thought it would. Great Lakes Ford Collision was helpful, delivered car, walked us through all the necessary phone calls, they were so helpful! The actual repair was done timely and they informed us through texts, emails and pictures of the vehicle as it was being repaired. I thought that was pretty cool, first time I had a body shop do that! Actual repair was really good, I could not tell our minivan had been in an accident.

  • I haven't done business with them for a long time. I was treated real well with the limited experience I had with them. They couldn't fix the problem so they didn't charge me anything, which was very good. They were professional. They were honest and fair because they couldn't fix the specific problem.

  • Car was towed to their facility on Wednesday. They did not look at it until Monday and could not fully diagnosis the damage. On Tuesday they called and said as far as they could tell the 3rd cylinder was shot and that they felt it would be wasting our money to continue trouble shooting as the repairs would run in the thousands.

  • Urka Auto Center is professional, friendly, and has competitive prices.  Once my vehicle had to be in for the majority of the day.  So they drove me to work and picked me up from work once my vehicle was finished.  Their waiting room is very nice and there is always fresh popcorn and coffee waiting for you.  There is even a small area for children to play at if the kids are with you.  Urka Auto Center is also engaged in the local community, including being on the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army.

  • The repair was pretty fast and they accepted my insurance which is a plus.  However, they scratched the hood of my car pretty badly (I would assume from the removal/replacement of the front bumper.  The scratch was probably a good 3 feet long, down the middle of the hood of my car).  When I went to pick up my car, they saw me looking at it from outside and came to ask me if that scratch was there before I brought it in.. (Umm..?) They offered to buff the scratch out for free if I brought it back in a couple days when they were less busy.  I was very appreciative of that and also asked if they could buff off some of the other minor scratches on my car.  I also asked if they could replace the hinges on back window (on my tailgate).  The owner told me they could do all that up for me when I returned a few days later.  When I returned to pick up my car the second time after dropping it off, I was charged for the hinges (as I expected).  I was then charged about $100 for buffing out the scratches on my car.  However, the only scratch they buffed out was the scratch that they put on my hood.  The other scratches were not touched.  I did not want flip out in front of the owner about the charge to remove the scratch (after I was told it was going to be free AND none of the scratches I asked to be buffed out were buffed out - If they were, I would not have minded the charge).
A few months later, I had to return as my replaced bumper was not staying in place.  They told me that they did not use the right clips to hold the bumper in place.  They told me they would order me the proper ones and have them in in a week or so.  I returned again, had them pop them in, and was NOT charged for this (thankfully).
Overall, they are an okay collision center, as I have not seen too many better ones around the area.  The fact that they scratched my car and tried to put it off as it was already there before the first visit OR acted as if they didn't know if they did it or not upset me pretty bad.
Since they are one of the very few places around the area that accepted my car insurance, I don't know if I would return or try another location if I were to get into another collision.

  • We use the Pennzoil 10 minute oil change service for both of our cars. They do a great job. They are very fast and knowledgeable with the work they do. All in all, we are very pleased with this service provider.

  • I trust them (hard thing to do in the auto business).  They got rid of the code on the dash that means change your oil, I couldn't figure that out.  They do everything, brakes, exhaust, wheel bearings, tires.  (all these things I have had done there)/  Everything done on first come basis.
