ACascade Fresh Cleaning Services, LLCMy wife and I are expecting twins and have a toddler at home. We wanted to get the house cleaned up before the babies came so we called Cascade Fresh. FI called this company to hire them to clean my home weekly. On the phone we scheduled an appointment for today, during the booking we were told we needed to pay up front for services. Not a problem at all, we were charged 168.00 and told someone would be arriving at 1:30 to clean the home. Nearly 2 hours later no one has shown up or called. I have called their number listed on Angie’s list to inquire as to if they are running late or not coming at all and need to reschedule. The customer service representative told me I needed to download their app (which during booking no one ever mentioned) to see if they were in fact still coming. I politely told the girl I did not want to create a login all I simply wanted to know was someone coming or not. She then told me three more times to download the app before admitting she couldn’t see any information regarding my appointment and would need to transfer me to customer service. Customer service is a voicemail box not a person. So now I am out 168.00, several hours of my time and the house still needs to be cleaned. Not exactly a handy company to do business with.

They are reasonably priced for all the hard work they had to put into getting my rug back in usable condition.
