ASharp Construction LLCI hired Sharp Construction to Replace our Roof, Replace the Gutters on the house, Replace two windows in our Garage and replace carpet in two of our rooms. In all areas they did a 5 star job. We new there were leaks in our roof and would need to be addressed. The installers did a great job and went above expectations. On all projects the cleanup was exceptional and they would arrive in the times that they provided. Sharp was very detailed in the scope of work and also in the preparing of the work. It was a great pleasure to work with Dan W and the Sharp team. I would not hesitate to hire them again. ASharp Construction LLCSmoothly - no surprises! Sharp Construction LLC of Holland MI - worked very quickly and provided quality work! I contacted them for a quote for repair to a 10x10 area of shingles that were tore up down to the decking from tree branches, along with replacing a gutter that had ripped loose and installing screens over the gutters. The estimator was there the next day. He had a quote sent via text & email within 24 hours. Every question I had was promptly answered. They scheduled the work to start within 2-3 weeks - it started sooner as they had an opening. The roof was done (completed) within a 3-4 hour Friday afternoon. The gutters were done the following Monday within 2 hours. I couldn't believe how fast and when I found out they were done, I asked if they would take pics for me as I'm older and cannot climb ladders to see the work myself. No problem - Eric made a special trip out the next day and sent me several complete pictures of various angles so I could see the work - excellent, quality work. The total cost was exactly the same as the quote/estimate at the beginning. No surprises, no price hikes, I paid exactly what we agreed to in the beginning. I was given the option of financing which they offer, or 50% down to begin work, and the balance due after the work is completed. I opted for the 50-50 plan. Everything went smooth as silk. I will hire Sharp Construction LLC of Holland MI again and I will recommend to anyone who asks if I know of an honest, quality, ethical general contractor!- Kim M.

The project was complicated by rotting trusses, but Harlow professionals worked carefully and meticulously around this obstacle to roofing and kept supplies and labor costs within the estimate. The quote for our job was competitive but the workmanship was above expectations. The crew were super hard workers and they completed the job in one day. Left our yard clean and asked us to take a closer look at their work before they left. The gutter crew were very skilled at their job and left the site clean and made sure we were pleased. The crew leaders for both services were accountable for their workers and checked their work. The company was a complete package. We are so impressed we asked them back to put up new vinyl siding. AWhen I needed to use a walker after extensive surgery, Top Care Cleaning picked up our large wool, braided rugs, cleaned them beautifully, stored them, and delivered them when I was better. They have cleaned our windows and screens inside and outside four times and will do so again this fall. They have also power-washed our house. All of the employees have been professional, courteous, and exemplary. They are dedicated and more than willing to deal with any situation.
